From your biceps to your gluteus maximus our free weights area allows you to target every muscle group. Our free weights feature up to 30 KG dumbbells and premium leather benches.

Introduce yourself to strength training using our huge variety of weight machines, designed to isolate certain muscle groups while giving you the support you need and reducing the chance of injury.
