Fantastic experience: Very good, new sports centre. I've only used the pool so I'm only reviewing it. Excellent changing facilities with two accessible changing rooms, one with hoist and table for disabled adults. Poolside the floor is textured and non slip. Plenty of lifeguards around and they're very quick when needed.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic pool facilities for babies under 1yr. Changing rooms very clean and good amount of family changing rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food in the cafe too.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities and great value for money. I never found it busy and there was always machines (both cardio and weights to use) to use, even during peak times. Special mention to Catherine, Donna, Tommy and Tracey Thank you for making me and Reggie feel so welcome.

Positive experience: 2 year old grandson started swimming lessons here. Very warm inside pool area so no need to wrap up if a spectator. Nice clean fresh look to it though. Staff at front friendly

Fantastic experience: This place started life as our local swimming pool and as a child (now 61) I learnt to swim here and then spent many happy times here. They then added a gym and sports hall to make a complete sports complex, which we visited on occasions. Sadly it is now coming to the end of its useful life and a new centre is being built very nearby which is due for completion in September 2020.

Fantastic experience: Signed up as a full member recently. I used to go here years ago and the facilities are now much cleaner, modern, and refreshed. The staff attitude is simply amazing. Everyone is so positive and encouraging of their ethos of exercise is for everyone, and we should all do 30 mins 5 times a week. Huge selection of fun invigorating classes, great gym with extremely helpful staff on hand to offer advice and guidance, and a swimming pool to boot! With such a great selection of variety of exercise on offer, it's going to be hard to get bored of the same repetitive exercises you find at most places!
