Loftus Leisure Centre facilities includes a gym, swimming pool & fitness studio. Sign up today for our swim lessons or gym membership.
We offer a host of activities for you to try here at Loftus Leisure Centre. Our gym includes a huge variety of cardio and resistance equipment, while you’re sure to find a class to suit you in our group fitness programme. Furthermore, we also have two swimming pools in which you can enjoy our award-winning swimming lessons, casual swim sessions, aqua aerobics classes, casual sessions and fun sessions too. We also have a squash court available throughout the year, while you can relax and unwind in our health suite that includes a sauna and steam room.

Our 30-station gym provides the tools you need to achieve the goals you have set yourself. Our qualified fitness instructors are also there to guide you in the right direction, and to ensure that you make the most of your workout.
Our group fitness studio is set out for us to deliver classes including Zumba, yoga, kettle bells, circuits and many more. Our qualified group fitness instructors are also there to give you that extra push in the class, helping you to achieve your goals.
Our two pools – a 25m main pool and a 10m teaching pool – are the perfect place to bring the family. Whether you want to enjoy a casual swim, improve your fitness or you want to take advantage of our award-winning swimming lessons, we’ve got all your needs covered.

This gives you the freedom to participate in your favourite classes but also try some new ones as well. Positive experience: Good, spacious and airy leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, separate kiddies pool and viewing gallery in between. Adequate gym, dance studio and squash court. They hold fitness classes and have swimming lessons (and decent sized lockers, unlike some of the others in the Everyone Active group). Reception area with seating, hot and cold drinks dispensers and snack machines. The staff are always friendly and ready to help.
