Fantastic experience: Been 3 times in the school holidays, when I first arrived I was 2 early, lady gv me tickets so I could get a swim, when I actually saw the amount of people I panicked as one child has anxiety but I hv to say it was runn to military prosion, there was no dramas, no angry customers just really well organised, so thankyou, wel be bk

Fantastic experience: Pink gym is great all the staff are fantastic always smiling from the receptionist to the teachers and the equipment is always clean. The swimming pool is lovely for a family swim the weekends tend to be busier sometimes the pool is a little chilly but kids don't mind after they've been in for a few mins.

Fantastic experience: I've visited a couple of times within the last month and I've been impressed with how clean and spacious the place is. I haven't used the pool or changing rooms, but the areas down towards the Pink Gym and Alpine Room have been great.

Fantastic experience: Weekly visits to a good decent sized pool. Fast slide although the wave pool isn't anything special. The bairn always just wants the slide back on.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely leisure centre and pool. Reasonably priced amd extremely clean. Daughter loved the waves and the gradual pool is perfect for little ones. We had a brilliant time, will definitely be returning!

Positive experience: Watching grandson having his swimming lesson.very quiet not the biggest of pools .but I suppose adequate, not on par with bishop auckland pool but suppose bishop has more residents

Positive experience: It’s a good pool to bring you kids and your mates but the water is always on the cold side and it really smells of wee in the changing room

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy Spennymoor leisure centre. I visit the gym every day Its a shame the pool.isnt open yet as I have to travel to Aycliffe to their pool after my gym session. Fantastic experience: Took the girls for a fun swim in the wave pool. It was busy so there was a big queue to get in, but it was very orderly and very well managed by the lady pre-organising us ready for when we got inside. We'd never been before, and she was very helpful answering my questions and explained how it all worked etc. Girls enjoyed it so much they wanted to go back the next day!

Fantastic experience: Take my children here on regular occasions cheaper then my local swimming baths, and less hustle n bustle ..the staff are lovely n chatty and after the swimming session you can head down the corridor to a cafe with pottery painting...both fab and would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my children to this swimming pool for years and have to say as a fun family pool it is excellent, probably not for serious swimmers however they do have swimmer only sessions, but if you have children the pool depth starts at zero and gets deeper the further you go in, so even great for toddlers, it has a great wave machine that comes on ever 20 minutes or so and a water slide, great fun for the family
