Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I’m a regular customer and I can say for a ladies only gym , it has a lot to offer from , sauna , classes , good quality equipment that can help you achieve the desired body goal you want. I will continue to attend this gym long term as has a professional yet friendly atmosphere with hardworking staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 6 months now and I love it! It is clean, the equipment is fab and there is so much variety! Maya is lovely and always makes the effort to have a chat whenever I see her! Cannot recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for many years and it truly feels like a second home, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! A warm friendly non-judgemental atmosphere is what sets this gym apart from the rest. Maya is a fantastic owner who truly cares about each and every one of her customers. She's often cleaning and running around making sure that her customers feel safe and comfortable, and always on hand for any advice or support anyone in the gym may need. I don't think I have ever seen a cleaner gym which is really important during these Covid times! The staff always greet you with a smile and are always on hand to answer any questions and queries. The equipment is of a high standard and has just had a new boxing bag and squat rack come in. A new coffee area has just been created also which I feel is a lovely homely touch. You can train here at ease not caring about what you look like or who's looking at you! This makes it 100 times easier to reach those fitness goals! A brilliant gym with brilliant staff and customers. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic experience: There is no looking back after you've been to this gym! Such a comfortable and clean environment with great equipment. A female only gym which is rare to find! Maya, the owner is such a friendly and kind soul. She will always go above and beyond to make sure the gym is spotless and everyone is happy. Really pleased I found this gym :)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely enjoy coming to this gym. Mainly because the staff are so friendly. I had an induction with Sana and she was extremely friendly and easy to get along. I had such a laugh with her. I would come again and again just to have a chat with her. She knew what she was doing and teaching whilst showing me around the gym. Gave me lots of good advice which i am currently using.

Fantastic experience: This gym is equipped enough to achieve your body goals and have amazing classes. Staff are always very friendly , helpful. My mum comes to this gym also and cannot speak proper English but the staff were very well at handling situations and meeting her every need and answering any question that needed to be answered. I recommend all age groups to attend this gym to start their journey.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other mixed gender gyms and they’re are so crowed and busy. I feel comfortable in this gym and there a classes which are free to join if you have a membership, they help a lot with many different target areas. Love it.

Fantastic experience: I have been at this gym for 4 years and have loved every second! Maya is the one of the loveliest and friendliest lady I’ve met and ensures each member is treated with care. The employees are professional and always give helpful tips and encouraging words to get you through the workout! Overall, I love coming to this gym as the atmosphere is amazing, equipment is great and it’s such a fantastic gym for women!

Fantastic experience: A great gym! I’ve been coming here for a long time and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and well-equipped. I tend to come in the mornings (7am) when it is quieter and always have a great workout with no judgements :)

Fantastic experience: I love this gym for so many different reasons including the classes and facilities. The space is also great! Opening hours are great for early starts or late evenings! The staff who work here are incredibly helpful and always quick to answer any of my questions. I had my induction sorted out from the first day of signing up which was great for getting familiar with the space from the start.
