Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service from the reception counter. I chatted with Tharsi. She was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my account registration (I had a problem with my old member card account) and how the Leytonstone Better activity work and how to book. Thanks, Tharsi: very professional, kind and with a lot of patience(my English very bad), all responses were prompt and professional.

Fantastic experience: As a young person, I get 'Pay&Play' membership here for £1.10 per annum. This is a very good leisure centre which is clean and well- run.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about returning to swimming having been very unwell with the virus back in April I wasn’t even sure how swimming would go. The centre was so welcoming , flawlessly organised, super clean and staff very helpful . Any anxiety I had quickly disappeared thank you to all the staff who are clearly working really hard to put measures in place as well as reassuring customers I for one really appreciate this centres brilliant efforts !

Fantastic experience: Getting back in the swimming pool on Sunday felt amazing, it was like I had come home. The new procedures in place are great and work very well, so much so I hope they keep it this way. The pool and changing rooms are spotless and the staff are forever cleaning them, I feel safe and that everything is being done that can be to fight COVID. All the staff deserve a medal, I was welcomed with a warm greeting and all seems very happy to see me again. All were on hand to show me how the one way system work and put my mind to rest. Nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate all the staff and what they have achieved to get the centre open again. I have now been back 5 days in a row and everything has stayed the same in a nice, clean, safe and welcoming environment as it was on day one. Thanks all.

Fantastic experience: Great place, good equipment and generally not overcrowded. Lots of different classes and activities for everyone just don't try to go there with a car.

Fantastic experience: Recently renovated and looks much better inside like you actually step into 21st century year 2017. Medium size leasure centre with a good size swimming pool, unisex dressing rooms, gym, various classes such as yoga, dance clases and others, helpful professional trainers, etc. Recently it has been modernised. Gym :) Located on Cathhall Road, about 1 minute walk from High Road Leytonstone. There bus stops nearby. About 5-10 minutes by bus from and to Leytonstone tube station. Short walk from Leytonstone overground station.

Fantastic experience: Went only to swim but oh man there is sauna straight next to the pool. Love it.

Fantastic experience: Went today to the leisure centre for an induction. I was greeted by a well mannered polite young man named Samuel. I was very nervous because I've never used a gym or Equipment before. Samuel was very informative regarding the machines. And also showed me what to do and also what the meaning of all the buttons meant. He had a good personality and good customer service skills. As a nervous first timer he put me at ease. I look forward to using cathall gym and there services. Also not forgetting the lady at front desk who has also been very helpful with information. Many thanks

Fantastic experience: There is everything you need, pool, gym, sauna and etc.

Fantastic experience: I have the fitness classes only membership and Gul's classes are the best! She brings equal amounts of cardio and weights, is very professional and knowledgeable and, as a side note, I love the music she uses in her classes I definitely recommend her!

The Yoga and Pilates instructors are collectively, without any doubt, the best I have encountered !!!!
