Fantastic experience: My favourite leisure centre I attended regularly. Perhaps I shouldn't recommended it more because the place is full of people already! This centre is well located with many facilities and classes to attend. They have well designed app to book sessions and browse available classes. They are part of bigger network. What is not here, you'll find it near by. Big car park around the building.

Fantastic experience: Loving the refurb upstairs at the gym. New spanking sparkly machines. The advanced cross trainer with different settings is a nice addition. I normally never use cross trainers but this I liked. The different boxing drop bags are a nice touch . Wouldn't mind a speed ball tho. Have to give a big shout out to Pedro, personal trainer who helped an old man like me not to be overwhelmed with all the new and souped up machines. Give it a go with him and you'll not regret it.

Fantastic experience: A really great gym and pool with multiple studios for classes amd the there is almost certainly a class to suit everyone. Very clean gym.

Fantastic experience: Great place, good staff, and used by the people not empty like a morgue. Everything is working well up to any inspection. Classes are full and you have to be fast to book a place so I guess can't be that bad.

Fantastic experience: As a regular user of Southgate leisure centre l can fully recomend this venue .the reception staff are very helpful .and the pool is clean and a good size .able to accommodate the public even at busy times .they also have steam and sauna by the pool side which is reasonably price especially if like me you are an Enfield tenant and are in the over 50s club .

Great value especially compared with other local gyms

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been here for about 10 years and just rejoined last week. It's so different! Really modern, helpful staff, excellent facilities, the pool seems much brighter and everyone is very friendly. The direct debit price is a bargain and includes swimming, gym and classes. I'm so glad I came back!
