Fantastic experience: It's great to be able to get back to improving fitness after lockdown. RiversMeet have put a lot of effort into improving the facilities, not only did the gym get a face lift, but a remodel of upstairs has provided for two studios. All the fitness classes are back to full capacity and running regularly.

Fantastic experience: Great place for all ages, and many diferent sports to choose from. I really don't mind taking my shoes of to go in to a swiming changing room, but don't like that others don't follow same rules. Many times there is a lack of shoes nets available expecially Saturdays, probably busiest day in the pool. Please send an email to all parents on swiming school reminding of the important of having clean floors in a wet changing rooms, I know staff only use shoes inside the building however I believe in leading by example, and if there meets available staff should coment to people withouy them on.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I go swimming here. And have done pilates too. Plenty of parking outside. There is also a play area for children. They have a café too.

Fantastic experience: We are at riversmeet alot during the week as they provide so many awesome and well planned activities and clubs for the kids. It's always a welcoming and friendly place to be with very knowledgeable instructors and swim teachers. Five stars is not enough to give the place the true rating they deserve of 10/10 and more!

Positive experience: We go here for the children's swimming classes. Plenty of teachers and small classes so each child gets attention. Classes are run very well with no overcrowding of changing rooms. Very helpful staff.

Positive experience: A very nice leisure center. Well maintained, pleasant staff, lots of parking space, wide variety of exercises and gym equipment suitable for your everyday person.

Positive experience: If you have kids this has good facilities and good swimming lessons for kids. There is also a good area to watch your child in the pool, only downside is the seating is uncomfortable. There is also a cafe onsite and park outside!

Fantastic experience: Very good for a community run fitness centre. Good choice of classes and new equipment in the gym is fantastic. Shame they didn't go for smart version of Stages spinning bikes.

Fantastic experience: Nice leisure centre. Has everything you would expect, pool, gym, very large soft play and very decent coffee. Also a kids play park outside if they haven't used up enough energy. The best thing is the really talented team of swimming instructors. Can't believe the progress my children have made in such a short time

Fantastic experience: I have recently, last August, moved to the area from Worthing, West Sussex and since joining the centre I have definitely got fitter and I think this is all down to the group fit classes with Lyndsay, she motivates everyone but at the same time does not over stretch you. I would recommend these classes if you want to get fit but you have to put some effort into it yourself. Thank you Lyndsay.

Fantastic experience: Riversmeet is a very well run leisure facility. I became a member just after the centre opened. It has friendly helpful staff who create a warm, welcoming environment. I mainly use the gym but also attend a very good Pilates class. I'm 75 and the well balanced range of equipment in the gym, allows me to stay pretty fit. To add to an already excellent venue a new coffee shop has opened in the foyer. This offers good coffee and a wide range of cakes and other snacks. In my opinion RiversMeet offers a bonus, not only for Gillingham residents but also the surrounding villages.

Fantastic experience: New membership very good indeed! Last year £36 per month membership and £5 each class. My membership this year is £48 per month with all classes included. I do spinning twice a week and pump and tone once a week that was £60 pounds a mouth last year. Now only £48 per month with gym and free classes good deal to keep me fit. Thanks Riversmeet

Fantastic experience: Compassionate staff, clearly trained in disability awareness. I regularly visit with my son (Autism & Severe Learning Difficulties), where staff could not be more helpful. Tip: best to swim in the final hour as families have usually left, there are fewer lane-swimmers, staff - relaxed.
