Fantastic experience: Moved here from Nuffield Chingford and I would recommend it. The membership fee is very reasonable, especially for what you get. Classes are easy to book with spaces for all. The instructors and equipment are great. Sign in, via the machine at the front, is very simple. I haven’t looked back since joining!

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely gym. Always clean and tidy. Really enjoy all the classes, lots of choice and the instructors are lovely. Pool is great as is the steam and sauna. Reception staff are all so friendly, helpful and smiling. My only comment would be I wish some of the classes like killer core were also available in the evenings not just in the middle of the day (so that people that work full time can attend). Otherwise 5 stars in every way!

Fantastic experience: Went swimming with my 2month old. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and showed me where to go! They have family changing rooms, which has a baby changer so you can put down your baby when changing yourself. Only problem I found was the training pool had a ladder rather than steps into the pool, which made it difficult when juggling a baby, but the facilities are good!

Positive experience: Nice, bright and clean decor from the changing rooms to the reception. Reception staff are lovely and very helpful, even though this sometimes leads to a bit of a wait in the queue!! I took a star away because twice I've turned up to use the baby pool and it has been unavailable.... once due to technical issues and once due to staff shortage...

Fantastic experience: My daughter does swimming lesson here. Great swimming school. My daughters teacher is very patient.

Fantastic experience: Take my daughter (baby) swimming lessons here every week, class is great as well as instructor. Took my eldest two in the pool for a general swim too, nice pool and facilities are modern and very clean. No issues at all. Staff friendly.

Fantastic experience: Brand new facility opened in late 2019, excellent gym, pool and the rest of facilities. I only wish it was a 24hrs gym.

Fantastic experience: Have never been here before but took my daughter swimming and what a lovely leisure centre. Staff were friendly happy and accommodating ,real pleasure walking in here today .

Fantastic experience: Outstanding swimming pool, excellent facilities and changing area. Bit hidden away on a housing estate but fairly large car park. Two pools. Not a noisy pool although it wasnt packed with people. Lots of swimming aids and an obstacle course which at £8 I felt expensive. However we were with young children so not fair to comment

Fantastic experience: This is a great local facility. Take our baby to the teaching pool and is the best in the area. The pool, changing and cafe area are always clean and every member of staff I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. My only 2 criticisms would be the changing area is sometimes a bit cold and there is no drying machine/spinner for your wet swimwear.
