Fantastic experience: Everybody is welcome at this gym, young older, experienced, unexperienced. A young lad trains the kids, he really gets into it with the kids and makes it easy for the kids to bond, have fun and train hard. Highly recommended

Loads of gym equipment and some brilliant classes that include sparing for all levels. If your thinking of getting fit or just want to de-stress from a long day this place is worth a shout.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym full of all ages male and female something for everyone, great friendly atmosphere, my youngest also goes there and he loves it does mma twice a week and boxing aswell ,best thing that's happened to our community for along time.
