Fantastic experience: The machines are excellent. You actually feel like you're somewhere else because they are video simulated machines and it's also a good place to work out when you have some energy you need to use up. I would recommend this gym for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre, the pool is really nice. The manager (Mr Brittas) is a really dedicated guy. I was however surprised to see that the receptionist keeps her baby in a drawer behind reception!

Fantastic experience: This place is totally amazing. i have a severely autistic and non verbal son which i take swimming 3 to 4 times a week, he has a few different ways and no body bats an eyelid or stares, the staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in at reception to the lifeguards and rest of team. I live nearer 3 other swimming pools but choose to travel to Ringwood because we are made to feel so at home. In particular a life guard named Abbie who has even approached us about how they can make things better for Joe. my answer was simple please do what you have been doing. this place is wonderful and from the bottom of my heart i thank everyone of you. from Barry and Joe Joe Edmead.

Fantastic experience: Cheaper than David Lloyd (where my Fiancé goes) and better running machines. The soft play is also perfect for my 1 year old son.

Positive experience: The facilities are great, but the changing rooms are packed with at least 4 lessons on at the same time. Stage 2 too crowded with 8-9 kids in the small section of the shallow end, kids bumping into each other all the time. At times you can't even get a spot to sit as viewing at the top and bottom are full.

Fantastic experience: This leisure centre is a great place to get fit. Lots of courses, swimming and gym. Friendly staff. They are really part of the community. The centre was featured in the brittas empire in the 1990s a British comedy series.

Fantastic experience: Came here to try the indoor play area with my kids as a change to some other local ones. Had to pull the kids out (4 and 6) after an hour an half because they absolutely loved it and were a sweaty mess. They also do some bouncy castle sessions which we missed unfortunately as they wouldn’t leave indoor play but it looked a good size. Will happily return to try the bouncy castle and also the pool which looked a good size too. All round not as busy as other pools and play areas in the local areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Good gym that is well laid out with plenty of equipment. Staff always helpful if you need advice. Attached pool is usually busy but everytime I have visited there have been lanes across the whole pool so getting to swim lengths has always been possible.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting the south coast from the north west, so this was purely a chance visit to Ringwood for an early morning swim and sauna as I was passing through. Since visiting I've read the other reviews about the size and capacity of the changing rooms and I can imagine it is probably a little small when busy, but I have given 5 stars as I think the attitude of the staff and their customer service was fantastic, and they should all be commended. Every member of Ringwood/NFDC staff I saw (including the handymen working on some repairs in a corridor) were polite, smiled at me, and said good morning. The facilities were all clean and well presented, even down to the signage and amenities like vending machines etc. and the staff checked the sauna extremely frequently whilst I was in there, completing the log on the wall, so I had absolutely no safety concerns. I really enjoyed my visit, it was very reasonably priced and as a non-member and new visitor everything was clearly explained to me with a smile. Thank you :)
