Fantastic experience: The gym is clean. They have very good equipment. Clean toilets also. It's a 24 hours gym and they also have an application for smartphones and iphones that you can check how many people are there any time of the day, in case you don't want it to be too crowded.

Positive experience: Good gym with decent facilities and staff who seem friendly. The only thing I don’t like is the atmosphere sometimes which is maybe just particular to Crawley in general. I’ve lived in 2 other UK cities and nothing tops what I’ve observed here. Many occasions when a woman is on the squat rack, it’s as if the men in this town have never seen one before in their entire lives. Never anywhere else have I seen such obvious stares and by such a big portion of the people! Lots of exaggerated grunting and slamming of weights as well, not to mention that definitely quite a few do not clean the machines after use… doesn’t really make for the best experience. Unfortunately I don’t think that can be changed, and it’s definitely not to do with the gym itself. Overall, very nice place to train with the variety of equipment! As a woman, it’s best to come here at less busy times. Great view from the cardio machines by the windows.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym, I have been a member at almost every gym Crawley has and this is definitely the best. They do a good range of classes although if you want Les Mills they don't do them. The gym is always clean and tidy and the trainers are lovely and helpful nothing is ever too much trouble. For a good basic gym I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: You get what you pay for: the Gym. No fuss, no complications, no contracts that feel like signing your life away, but also no excuses to skip the gym day, as it's always open. Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff, options for personal training and classes at sensible prices.

Fantastic experience: The place is great, it has air-conditioning, good music played at a reasonable volume (you don't have to shout to speak to someone), good variety of machines in a sufficient number, so even when it's crowded you still have machines to use. It has showers, lockers and you can even buy padlocks from there at the same price as they are at Wilko's. I am very happy with the place. And for those interested, they have various courses (like for abs, cardio etc) and personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Never have to wait to use any machines or weights. 24 hour access is brilliant if like me you are a shift worker. Massive space, very light and lockers provided, although you need to bring your own padlock. You can purchase padlocks from the machines which costs £3. There is also 2 hour free parking at the car park next to the no go hall. All you have to do is put your ticket in a machine inside the gym and your ticket is paid for.

Fantastic experience: After the refurb it's much better for such a cheap gym you can't complain. Maybe the weights area gets a bit too busy in the evening. But that is a problem I think every gym has.
