Positive experience: I really think this gym is great. the instructors are highly skilled and hard working but the reception and team members seem a bit all ​over the place. When I say this I mean the gym could be a bit cleaner. Sometimes I show up and there is one receptionist or they are inside the door next to the reception. It's like there are not enough staff available. Also problems with the spinning class and not clearing the chairs and table before I mean we are paying for a service, it seems like the staff in general think they are doing as a favour.

Fantastic experience: This places is transformational for over 60s that otherwise would not have a daily routine of fitness. My mum was diagnosed with diabetes 5yrs ago and asked the doctors if instead of taking medication, she could try and treat it with diet and exercise. After 4mths of gym classes and especially the Aqua Fit classes, she not only lowered the diabetes but also her cholesterol. It has become such a part of her daily social and physical routine that with facilities like the pool lift (as she alao has mobility issues) and absolutely brilliant, caring and attentive staff, she has been able to come 5 times a week. This place must be saving the NHS so much money, please look after the staff and facilities during this tricky time so they can come back and continue their life changing work. Fantastic experience: I come here for the swimming lessons with my baby. Our instructor is Adam and he's delightful, super nice with babies. You can notice he loves his job.

Fantastic experience: I like everyone active.the only boring aspect is that there are many kids..especially during weekends or half terms. It could be boring if you want to work out in a quiet environment.

Fantastic experience: A great gym, clean and enough machines so that you're not waiting around. The staff on the reception are excellent, in particular Robin is really great. I wish I still lived locally so I could go more often, would definitely recommend :-)

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Daily ladies only classes + a separate gym for ladies too! Also a swimming pool which has ladies only sessions and classes. Staff are courteous and helpful. The general atmosphere here is friendly and open. A wide variety of classes from Zumba to Yoga are held here and taught by highly experienced and competent trainers.

Fantastic experience: Kids do swimming lessons and we are pleased with them so far. The staff are far from rude and really helped when i was settling into gym sessions. The gym does get busy but just go when its less busy people!! simple! I agree that adult swimming can get a pit compacted, but i dont mind that, i think they could put an extra lane up for swimming, but thats just a suggestion.

Fantastic experience: I often go to the gym in acton but today was very different. My friends and I were one of the last people in the female gym to leave, this was around closing time. One of the personal trainers, Leah, was very helpful, friendly and resourceful, she didn't need to help us in terms of advice as she was occupied but she did. She asked us if we were ok and we felt comfortable and at ease asking her gym related questions as she was very informative and approachable. She's made us feel more motivated to go to the gym and possibly get a personal trainer to help assist us.

Fantastic experience: My favourite leisure centre so far ! Swimming pools are great but i think water was too cold in the winter or maybe that's the standard temperature?? I don't know .. They have a library .. basically u can plan a fun day with your kid .. go swimming and then go library have some fun activities. The gym is very spacious and had all the workout machines u need . They have ladies only gym which is perrrfect

Fantastic experience: Gym is brilliant! Lots of free weights and lots of cardiovascular equipment. Staff know what they're saying and they are friendly and willing to offer advice. There is a punch bag for use anytime, bring your own gloves. Monkey bars are located in the centre. The classes on offer are wide and cheap. The instructors range from not bad to amazing. The swimming pool is clean and not too busy. Changing rooms are clean but upstairs dry change is too hot so be warned. Showers are nothing special. Women's gym is small, (don't recommend this unless absolutely necessady for you) main gym is so much better.

Fantastic experience: New and high quality pool. Clean, reasonable prices and with friendly staff. Children's lessons in particular are great value.

Fantastic experience: Went with my 3 year old and found the facility very clean. Staff were also very helpful with any queries and lifeguards actually dealt with issues (excessive splashing, diving etc). Would definitely recommend to adults and families. Only negative would be that I found the main pool is a tad chilly.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly gym and classes with great instructors and very social customers. Price is great monthly and good enough equipment too, so worth trying if your thinking about a local gym, but with bonus of having swimming pool also.
