Roko Health Club Chiswick Bridge

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Roko Health Club for circa 10 years. The reception staff are very friendly and a credit to the club. The gym is a nice place to workout and the pool offers a relaxing space to switch off. I would say the most important aspect of the club is the members and staff. I can honestly say you will meet this nicest people and make friends for life. I’m very sad to be leaving the club due to relocating and wish everyone the best for the future.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym situated in a perfect location, plenty of parking, very fair prices to become a member, gym space is great although some of the equipment could be upgraded, the team at roko are amazing as always special shout out to hamza,Ana and Dennis who are always willing to help with everything you might need. Plz plz try to keep the spa functioning as this is not always the case

Fantastic experience: Roko Chiswick is an amazing place to exercise and spend time. Had it not been for my relocation, I would never leave this club. The facilities are excellent and staff incredible. Thank you all (Ana, Jesse, Hamza, Eric, Darryl, etc.) for making my time at Roko special. (I give 5 stars but the jacuzzi needs to be fixed a bit faster :p).

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this club for a very long time and I must say I am extremely satisfied with the way things are handled at this club.They have amazing friendly staff who are always looking out for the members best interest. From the moment you step inside the building you are treated as family member with warm smiles and positive attitudes. The manager is amazing, the sales team are brilliant and the receptionist are superior beings. The equipment is all modern and very easy to use. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sign up to a health centre that this is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: This swimming pool is great, and the jacuzzi is just fantastic! I don’t have classes here, but I would love to! The water is quite warm, with a cool breeze of coldness which makes me feel good! I would definitely like to come here a lot more!

Positive experience: The club is great as a family club, kids can swim and use some gym equipment. Price's are reasonable. Staff are very welcoming. Some of the weight training equipment could be upgraded and some things added. But overall I think it's a great health club.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym run by a very friendly and helpful team, with excellent class instructors, personal trainers and new equipment. The facilities and measures that have been put in place are fully COVID safe, which is so reassuring. An excellent place to improve both your physical and mental wellbeing...enjoy!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, I left Virgin to become a member here, staff are very nice and helpful, the café is amAzing the protein shakes are the best. The reception staff our so good especially Georgia. Also the guys that help with the memberships and run the classes top notch, I would recommend to all my friends .

Fantastic experience: I’ve used to be a member and work here for more than three years. I love this gym so much. An amazing environment made by staff and the most importantly the members. The community is strong and dedicated which you’ll love. In a way I see it as a family which I’m proud to have been part of. I wish there was a Roko where I study!

Positive experience: I've been coming here for about 6 months. I'm very pleased with it, and I like the swimming pool, showers etc. I do agree with other reviews that staff are hit and miss though. Some of them are lovely, some are not. But I also really enjoy all their classes!

Fantastic experience: Gym has recently been refurbished and the new equipment has improved immensely. Steam room and Sauna is a great place to wind down after an intense workout. Roko has a very friendly environment overall, from the staff to the members. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Positive experience: I kind of like it the place, quiet and really spacious, not like in others gyms, you really have a space for your workout especially if you want to work on machines or free space on mats. Small space on free weights but as a health club I think there is no need for it.

Fantastic experience: Would have to say that Roko has a lovely and friendly environment. As soon as you enter the club you receive a warm welcome from the receptionists and the staff in the bistro, as well as the members and the class instructors! There are some areas that could be improved on in the gym, but you will find that there are areas that need to be improved on at the majority of health clubs if i'm being honest. Overall im very impressed with the range of facilities and services roko provides, its a great asset to have to the local area.

Positive experience: I have been a member for exactly a year and I must say that I have been dleighted with the club. I use the club for Spinning and Boby Pump and general gym work. I have found the classes and the trainers to excellent. I find the club extremely friendly. It is never full. Yes there are niggles with equipment and sometimes cleanliness but overall I have been very pleased with the club. Thank you
