We welcome you to come and work out in our extensive fitness suite complete with the latest Precor cardio & resistance equipment, along with free weights and functional area or join in on one of our many classes with friends.

Then unwind in our brand new state of the art pool, re energise your muscles in the Spa Pool, rejuvenate in our Steam and Sauna or simply relax on one of our many loungers.

Friday 24th (Christmas Eve) – 6.30am to 6pm (Children hours 9-12pm & 3pm-5pm) Christmas Day – Closed Boxing Day – Closed Monday 27th Dec- 8am to 8pm (Children hours 9-12pm & 3pm-6pm) Tuesday 28th Dec – 8am to 8pm (Children hours 9-12pm & 3pm-6pm) Wednesday 29th Dec- 8am to 8pm (Children hours 9-12pm & 3pm-6pm) Thursday 30th Dec- 8am to 8pm (Children hours 9-12pm & 3pm-6pm) New Year’s Eve – 8am to 7pm (Children’s hours 9am – 12pm & 3pm-6pm) New Year’s Day – 8am to 4pm (Children’s hours 9am–4pm) Sunday 2nd Jan – 8am to 8pm (Back to normal hours) 

Please note, last entrance is 45 minutes before closing time stated & during busy periods we may operate an hourly booking system to avoid overcrowding.

Children of the age of 13-16 are permitted to use the gym provided that a full gym induction has been received and documented by a qualified instructor and must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their workout.
