Please be advised that when you make a booking through our online booking system, you will be advised of any terms and conditions that will apply to your attendance at all times during your session. These may be more restrictive than any published guidelines, but we believe that they are in the best interest and safety for all those who are attending and the staff who are instructing.

Fit 4 OCR is a permanent Obstacle Race Training Centre with over 25 obstacles in Baldock, North Hertfordshire available for group classes, personal training and private hire.

It's a great venue to get you prepared for your next muddy obstacle event, for general fitness or to bring a group for team bonding, training or a birthday party.

Come and join us for adults, junior and family obstacle training sessions on the weekend and some mornings during the week, children's after school classes (May-October during term time) or children's active hour during half term and school holidays.

Our obstacles test and train your ability to run, jump, climb, crawl, balance, swing and carry. Check out our Gallery page to see the range of obstacles we will be using for our training. We provide a facility that offers a similar environment to OCR events with our cold water trenches, muddy circuit and rough terrain. 

The centre is run by experienced, professional, insured, fitness personnel experienced in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). Our training will ensure you acquire all the skills you need to compete efficiently and safely in Obstacle Course Races.
