Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Very well organised classes and professional approach!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crossfit Nidus classes for a couple of weeks now and it is fantastic. I have always been into fitness and wanted to try crossfit but there has never been a facility in the Stroud area. Since joining, I can see the potential for it to take my fitness to the next level, the facility is really good and has all the equipment needed but more importantly, the trainers are seasoned professionals that really know their stuff. I would recommend Crossfit Nidus to everyone from beginners to experienced gym goers.

Fantastic experience: Second session in and must admit loving it. New to crossfit and both Matt and Aneta have been brilliant with me extremely approachable, they explain every technique in great detail and give lots of encouragement every step of the way. Really family run feel environment which is what I was looking for. AlSO they have two Lush dogs! What more could you want?! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the best box/gym I have ever trained at. It does not matter what level you are the coaches at Nidus will help you improve on every aspect. Having been a pro athlete I struggled to find a place that makes me work hard for the whole session as well as helping me improve technically and physically every single session. I really can not recommend and thank Netty & Matt and thier coaching team enough. They have built an amazing place to train with an top community. Leave your ego at the door and train hard with friends.

Fantastic experience: Great New CrossFit Gym local to where i live with all the equipment you could need and great welcoming, experienced coaches, Class times tie in nicely with my work but they also have Open Gym which is perfect for when i miss a session or have some spare time!
