Fantastic experience: With lockdown, working from home and various other things the past 18 months have brought, I had lost my drive and motivation for fitness. Since moving to the area in March I have tried several gyms in the area but failed to ignite the spark I used to have for training, that was until I went to Viking Active for a free trial. Beth and all the members made me feel extremely welcome from the very start, it really does feel like a community. Beth's programming is fantastic, very well thought out with focused stretching and activation isolating the muscles group required for the strength and conditioning element of the day's workout. Ive been going for several months now and thanks to top notch coaching, friendly family atmosphere and motivational teammates my fitness and skills have grown exponentially.
