Fantastic experience: I've been a member for circa 2 years now. Having to bring all your muscle groups together to reach your clean & jerk aspirations is a great challenge! Attending the strength & conditioning classes alone knocked 1 minute off my 5k PB. I've found it a much better environment to train in than a soulless commercial gym. Fair play to Emma for setting it up and all her hard work.

Fantastic experience: Came to this gym to get stronger, fitter and to look for a community of like minded people. The facilities and equipment are incredible. Emma goes above and beyond to support you on your fitness journey, tailoring programmes to suit you as well as help with recovery when you need them (like my dodgy knee). Couldn’t ask for more from a gym when you can book on the app, turn up, train hard and there’s always good banter!

Fantastic experience: Came to this gym as a runner who needed some strength and conditioning help, Emma has been absolutely fantastic at teaching me good technique and pushing me to challenge myself to lift heavier. Throughout covid I have felt safe in the gym with social distancing measures in place and equipment is constantly being cleaned. She has provided equipment and guidance through all the lockdowns. Couldn’t fault this gym or Emma at all.
