TIO CrossFit is London's first outdoor CrossFit gym, based at Rosslyn Park rugby club in Barnes, SW London. We are committed to actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong. Our goal is to get you in shape while having a great time with nice people.

TIO stands for Train Inside Out - we love being outside and get out in the elements all year round (but have cover and heating for those times that the weather doesn't oblige!).

CrossFit is an effective way to get fit. Anyone can do it. It is a fitness programme that combines a wide variety of functional movements. We do pull ups, push ups, squats, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and a host of other movements.

The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective. Harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.

The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each individual achieve his/her goals. We will help you get fitter, whatever your age, experience or current fitness level.

Welcome! The first step before joining classes will be to attend our Foundations Class. These sessions run on the first Sunday of every month from 12-2pm and will teach you the basics of the movements that come up frequently and give you a taster of what our classes are like.

This small group session will give you plenty of opportunity to ask questions and we'll give you clear pointers on how to move safely and effectively.

Holly is a level 3 CrossFit coach and certified nutrition coach. She founded TIO CrossFit in 2018 after experiencing first hand the positive impact CrossFit and its community can have on life.

Ben is a level 2 CrossFit coach and one of the most knowledgable and passionate coaches you'll meet. He competed at the CrossFit Games in 2017 as part of team JST and co-founded Blitz CrossFit in 2013

Nick is a level 2 CrossFit coach and has a wealth of experience both at CrossFit affiliates (as a coach and athlete) and as Grid Training Head Coach for Virgin Active

Jamie is a level 3 CrossFit coach, programming maestro and coffee snob. He has coached all levels from complete beginners to CrossFit Games athletes and will drop knowledge bombs every class.

Chris is a level 2 CrossFit coach with a masters in physiology and a list of sporting credentials as long as your arm. He is co-founder of MINT Coaching, strength and conditioning for 10-16 year olds.
