Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Loads of equipment. Cardio machines. Sauna

Fantastic experience: They've got some very dedicated and friendly personal trainers. The equipment is excellent. Women's Only section is nice but can get crowded. Toilets are not the nicest. I like the sauna in there.

Positive experience: Well after training into the gym for a month i saw some positive changes in the gym environment and quality of the hygiene. It is really great place, people are friendly, there are a lot of machines available and i like it.

Fantastic experience: Love the new app and the real time usage, really helps you plan when to go in etc. The staff are always nice and welcoming and say hi and bye. The Christmas tree is a nice touch. David my personal trainer is always great and pushes me to work out to my fullest potential. Hopefully I'll be skinny soon

Fantastic experience: This has been my gym for many years. Since lockdown ended I have become a much loved regular. The team are exceptional! Especially Dave, he will treat you like family and make sure your always welcome. Facilities are top class and you can get PT sessions from a good range of diverse trainers. They also have a sauna which is pretty darn fantastic. So if u want a professional family vibe head to fitness4less and get bodytastic.

Positive experience: Great place! Used to be quite dim before but now its better. 4 stars because its quite crowded with equipment so its hard to walk through. Otherwise it's a great gym!

Fantastic experience: If you are passionate about achieving goals, then this is absolutely the perfect place for it. Not only do the staff walk around offering friendly advice and encouragement, the general gym public are a great motivational bunch. Not only do you get to train your muscles but you get to exercise your social skills.. price could be cheaper but hey.. i guess it is great for the service that is being provided... well done Fitness4Less canning town...

Fantastic experience: Really lovely gym and a great price. I joined as they have a womens only section (a permanent area, not just womens only times). I do agree with the some comments that it is pretty small, but they have everything I need mostly. There is an area with just mats in there that I don't see used very often; maybe they could take some away and add a few more machines? The hygiene is good, I see the cleaner regularly so don't agree with the bad hygiene reviews at all. The only thing they should look into is women going into the sauna in their full gym clothes. They have signs telling you not to, but I see it daily still. Would be great if the womens taps could be fixed though, and they only have one water fountain near reception (that I know of) so possibly one more could be added somewhere in the main area maybe? But amazing gym, really love it! :)

Fantastic experience: I personally love going to this gym. I have been a (returning) member for nearly a year. Convenient and 4min from the station. The staff is polite, helpful and some more friendly than the others. Free classes for all members, very wide opening times that fit any busy schedule. The gym is furnished with plenty of newly refurbished equipment able to rid boredom in your workout. The refurbishment made earlier this year has smartly taken advantage of all the spaces in the gym. There is also a cosy and modest sauna in the changing room. Peak times (6-7pm weekdays) can be a pain at times as you might not find a spot to workout on. On the plus side the spacious studio is absolutely free to use when classes are over!!! Best value for money, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Insane value for money at this gym. High quality gym at a great price. Classes including Yoga and Pilates are included in the price. Sky Sports on the treadmills. You're laughing for this price. Staff is helpful. Keep it up. I'll keep coming.

Fantastic experience: The best gym by a MILE in Canning Town. For the price (around £20 a month) you get so much for your money including a sauna, amazing classes (including Yoga!), the best machines I've ever seen in a gym. And I heard they are getting Sky Sports in January too. My friend's are members of a Virgin active and pay about £80 a month, and to be honest my gym has much better cardio equipment! I've shopped around the other gyms in the area and they don't compare to F4L. I my gym!!

Fantastic experience: I actually love this gym. I have been a member for 3 months now and i love it. The quality for money is everything!!! The sauna is what i love having the option of using after a long work out. Lastly to add the few staff that have met are amazing! Defo recommend

Fantastic experience: It's a very affordable gym with all the trimmings including a sauna. For women who want a little private space, there's a small room attached to the women's changing room where you can do some weights etc. They also a great selection of Private Trainers; whether you are a beginner like me or someone looking to push yourself I would deffo reccomend getting yourself a free session with a PT. My husband and I have the same PT - Quincy - and he is great! His training goes beyond the session at the gym - it's a full 360. From what kind of foods we should be eating, to how to change our mindset and lifestyle and obviously teaching us the correct techniques at the gym. Quincy is a "Personal" Trainer - and he takes that "Personal" bit very seriously. He has tailored my diet and my gym routine dependant on what I needed. I have an injury among other things, and that stopped me from doing any activity for almost 2 years. So you can imagine it was extremely scary to break through that rust but I'm so glad Quincy understands my challenge and motivates me to be better - for me. Looking forward to becoming the best version of myself with Quincy's help. So go on, treat yourself! You deserve it.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms around. However I do think they should upgrade their machines and bring on online services such YouTube, TV etc. The machines are very backdated for the price you pay.

Fantastic experience: This is a really good gym. The fees are low, the place is clean, and 90% of the time there's no wait for the machines. However, I really wished they had a recycling bin - the rubbish bins are always full of plastic water bottles which is a bit of a shame.

Fantastic experience: Cheap and Cheerful. This Gym is fantastic value for money and offers state-of-the-art equipment and professional training for incredibly low cost. Its placement directly by two transport stops (The nearby station and bus stop) make this a fantastic inner-city gym for workers and students too. The only issue, if anything, is that during peak hours it is incredibly busy, but that should stand testament to how popular the Gym is and the classes they offer. I would recommend this Gym to people who just want a no thrills, professional gym experience and to those who aren't bothered by smaller or busier Gyms.

Fantastic experience: Recently renovated, looks much nicer than it did before. Very cheap monthly fees with classes included in that price. Has a healthy number of cardio machines (most being treadmills and cross-trainers), a dedicated female-only section, and music playing throughout the gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym is huge and has amazing facilities, the staff are very helpful and the place looks very organised. It even has a ladies section with spacious washrooms and showers, which includes a sauna. The price to pay is alright and it's really easy to book classes online.

Fantastic experience: The staff and trainers are the best. Still getting used to the new equipment but it's great. The vibe is amazing too.

Fantastic experience: Outrageous value, I only train mornings so bought an off peak annual membership and it works out under £14 a month. Full set of free weights with multiple benches and two squat racks. Can get busy but for the price is excellent. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Nothing fancy, perfect place for working out daily. The best option in Canning Town area, the guys are helpful and professional. The opening time is very good, you can always find a quieter hour to do your excercises.

Fantastic experience: Been a member since Nov 2014 and 94kg. Currently 78Kg so it does work lol. Small gym though but affordable, equipment and kit constantly being upgraded and improved. Nice balance of free weights and machines and cardio toys. Most classes take place at evenings and weekends been to a few they are good if you into that sort of thing and are all FREE for the princely sum of under £20. Staff are nice always say hello when u come and have a few words of encouragement when you leave. They more than happy to loan you use of kit (like a jump rope or boxing gloves and space to workout in). it has separate ladies area (which I have never seen). It can get crowded at peak times both in changing room and on gym floor but popularity is because its a good gym. left my IPhone 7 behind on exercise bike as I am stupid. thought I had lost it in changing room. Got a call from reception next day saying its been handed in! in summary small but good gym, really well equipped, and nice people around and cheap as chips.

Fantastic experience: Very good value for money. It gets pretty busy during rush hours, but never had problem finding a treadmill or anything else I needed.
