I was involved in sports since my childhood, but for various reasons I stopped practicing my sport of diving and cliff jumping, so the gymnastics element of the P10 classes keeps me really interested.
I would have to say though my main reason for joining was because of my belly.I used to do some workouts in a park and run for around 30 minutes but never had any real guidance or knowledge of why and what to do.
I have never really been a fan of gym’s, but at p10 fitness I feel like they are always there to help and tell you what to do. The best part so far has been my belly going, I had never done CrossFit before p10 and now I’ve been going for around 7 months. I have seen huge progress in lots of different skills too, I can lift more weight and I am totally addicted to going now!
Another amazing part of being a member at p10 fitness is how professional everyone is. This is not just any regular gym, here you will get guided on how to do the exercises correctly and in a very motivating atmosphere. No matter the fitness levels of the other people in the classes I always find someone that helps to motivate and inspire me to do my best in the workouts.
P10 Fitness: Opinions
Fantastic experience: I first attended P10 Fitness in October 2019 after enjoying a Powerlifting seminar by Kimberly Walford arranged by Paul Marsh. They soon after hosted a free powerlifting session and you can enjoy one free session of the activities at this gym. There are now Powerlifting coached programs on Monday, Wednesdays, And Friday evenings with all three powerlifts on Saturday's late mornings coached program where we look closer at our technique. So many diverse people Powerlift here and of various abilities and everyone supports each other. You are definitely not just a number. It's a great Powerlifting community hear and of so knowledgable coaches. Tired of being injured., well look no- future these coaches eat slip and breathe powerlifting and also hold some major powerlifting records themselves. While also bringing out our greatness whether you just want to get stronger, enjoy training with others, or want to compete. This is your home. Oh, I didn’t mention there are dedicated OPEN GYM times for Powerlifters on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday too. So you’ll find a time for yourself. Want to improve this is the place to be. I always look forward to coming to this gym and seeing the people and coaches in this fabulous community. Great location next door to the Elephant & Castle overground station, behind the Northern line and across the road from the Bakerloo line and so many buses arrive at Elephant & Castles too. Cross fit is the main activity, weightlifting and gymnastics is available too.
Fantastic experience: Very impressive gym space. Loads of very well maintained, clean, good quality kit. It has a very motivating environment with friendly faces all round. The owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Pop in and have a workout, you'll feel great for it!
Fantastic experience: Crossfit in E&C … what else? Great time and inside its so much bigger than expected from outside. Don’t be shy, come inside, join it and you won’t regret it!
Fantastic experience: I've been to alot of 'gyms' over the years. I usually sign up, go for a few months doing bits of everything, make no progress and then quit (paying yhe huge cancel fees) This place is more than a gym. More like a community. I feel really positive here and i reccoment highly

Fantastic experience: Careful, personalised introduction. Tough but well designed classes, good vibe, very attentive instructors. Studio is much bigger and nicer than you would think from the outside. Everything is quite new and clean.

Fantastic experience: I was new to the world of MetCon/CrossFit when I joined earlier this year, and the team have been so helpful and informative on how to get the right technique. There’s a really nice atmosphere when you step inside, and instructors and members are all friendly and welcoming. For anyone considering getting in to weightlifting, or even just increasing basic fitness, I’d strongly recommend giving P10 a try!
Fantastic experience: Great box with a fantastic community in a very convenient location. All the coaches are great, keeping you motivated throughout the workouts. Each workout is varied, and structured well, allowing you to progress with each visit.
Positive experience: The coaches there are great and they offer a good range of classes, I have been going to a ninja warrior/parkour class which is awesome! But a bit expensive...
Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant! First time trying CrossFit and the team made me feel at home. They are so good at teaching the basics whilst also challenging some awesome athletes. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!! Thanks P10 team!!
Fantastic experience: Amazing space with a really supportive team. Being a relative novice to Crossfit, I feel an incredible amount of support from the owners and the other members. I would highly recommend the space to anyone regardless of your knowledge of Crossfit or fitness.

Fantastic experience: I recently did a power lifting course at P10 with Paul. Brilliant facilities and really 1st class, top level coaching. The whole crew are super friendly, encouraging and very generous with their time and extensive knowledge.
