We are located in Wadebridge on the river Camel in-between the coastal towns of Rock and Padstow, where we have renovated a unit into an awesome crossfit and fitness facility. You will find state of the art gym equipment, male and female changing rooms, showers, toilets, filtered water fountain, free car parking and wifi.
CrossFit Four Kings is a premier CrossFit Affiliate in Wadebridge, Cornwall dedicated to the pursuit of excellence through Community, Coaching and Fitness. We have a guiding tenent to improve human movement and therefore the quality of our athletes’ lives…and we have fun doing it!
