Positive experience: The team at crossfit A14 are a fantastic bunch. WODs are set daily & regular classes should fit most. Coaches are c also available for 1on1 PT sessions. Truly top class coaches! Crossfit may not be for everyone, but for those that want a hard conditioning class, these guys can help
