Corept Fitness Hull for personal training, fat loss, strength training, improving sports performance, recovering from injury, or a total life change.

We operate from a 300sq ft enclosed strength and conditioning facility combined with immediate access onto acres of open outdoor space. We are situated in the East Riding area, just outside of Hull in a village called South Cave. We offer free-lance personal training at a potentially more convenient place, where the equipment is provided by us or at your home gym. Finally, if we are too far away for either of the above, we offer online personal training too.

CorePT is a unique experience, and we will endeavour to do everything we can to enable you to achieve your highest level of physical conditioning. We can assure you that no short cuts will be taken in order to achieve this. We are committed to helping every single one of our clients achieve their lifelong dream of being in the best shape of their lives and we will do whatever we can to help you achieve it. We have worked with a wide variety of clients from professional athletes to complete exercise novices, but each client is dealt with in the same thorough fashion as the last.
