Fantastic experience: I'm on my 2nd block of 10 sessions with Toni. She is a fantastic coach. I could not be happier with my progress, improved stamina, strength and general well being. With Toni's encouragement I am doing things that I never ever could have done a couple of months ago. I have a new lease of life and feel totally empowered by my own journey. Fantastic experience: I've worked with several PTs in the past and have attended hundreds of fitness classes - but none have motivated me (and made me laugh!) as much as Toni. She's great at what she does and makes you feel great about yourself too. I couldn't recommend her and Evolve Fitness more highly.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend all of Toni's classes; I've been attending PiYo for a number of weeks now and have definitely seen an improvement in my flexibility and have toned. Toni is a great instructor; she explains well, accommodates the needs of all and pushes you to get the most out of sessions- you'll leave her classes sweaty!
