Fantastic experience: This is the best gym you will ever find, the staff and members are one big welcoming family. The classes are amazing, there is something for everyone, you will always have a friendly face beside you as you work towards your goals, if you are looking for a PT you will be given a tailored program to suit your individual needs.

Fantastic experience: I have recently trained in this gym and was so impressed by the new equipment, newly decorated rooms, friendly and knowledgeable instructors. The atmosphere was brilliant. This gym is very popular, I would not train anywhere else. I love this place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with extremely friendly staff. I had no idea of how to box at all but they had no issues taking the time to show me how to cleanly strike a bag. They aren't overbearing at all though, very good at being as involved as you'd like them to be. Great gym for total novices or experienced athletes
