Getting in shape should be fun. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
I work with my clients to improve their health through the use of strength training. Each program is individually designed to fit your needs, ability and goals

Ruth is a very dedicated and encouraging coach and has helped me make so many improvements since I have had programming from her. She knows what my strengths are and uses them to help as well as so many other tools/exercises to aim towards and reach my goals.
