I am a mum aswell as a personal trainer. I specialise in womens fitness, health and wellbeing! My aim is to help you to strike a balance between life and fatloss!

If you’re a newbie and just starting out, or maybe you lack the confidence when it comes to weight lifting. You may not know what any of the exercises are called, but you want to get started on your fitness journey following a simple yet effective program.

You’ve been working out for over three months and you’re ready to step up your commitment and routine. You may have worked out in the past, but you may have had a few years off as this happens when life gets in the way.

You’ve been working out consistently for years. You may have plateaued or just want to set a new goal that scares you slightly.You are body and mind ready for a new challenge and you want to experience a new, creative and most importantly, sustainable way of working out.

Here you will find EVERYTHING YOU NEED to get started with your new lifestyle, whether that is based in the gym or at home! All workouts come through via your mobile app. It tells you the exercises, sets, reps & even gives you video tutorials of all the movements to! You can tick off your workouts, track your progress with your photos and notes! It is super simple!

Being a busy professional or a working mum/dad, or busy with life, often means you end up and the bottom of the list when it comes to priorities and I can totally relate to that!

This crazy chaos we call life can be super tough to juggle and knowing when and where to start can be the overwhelming factor that puts most people off.

It’s ok to be scared, daunted, nervous, I went through it to. But taking that leap and putting YOU up the list as a priority is something you wouldn’t regret.

It’s the where to start that’s the tough bit! And I have worked with so many people over the years and I think the key to being successful is having SUPPORT. And that’s where I come in.

Having had two children myself, running a home and a business and a full time firefighter, I fully understand the day to day struggles and I want to help you guys make the changes that I did to get results.

My sessions/ plans are designed to fit in with busy life, they are fun, realistic and you can follow along with them at home or at the gym. No fad diets or unrealistic calorie cutting. It’s about education for you guys to enable you to not only get results but to sustain these results long term!!!

Fantastic experience: I attended Jess's mum and baby classes and now do some of her exercises online. I found the class really friendly and Jess was great at breaking the exercises down. She has a great positive vibe, which is really encouraging (but not overwhelming). She’s also great at settling a crying baby so I could get some exercise in!

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but after a while I would drop off because I would either loose interest or just get bored of the same thing. When I started Jess's bootcamp this year I actually really got into it. I also done a 28 day challenge which was brilliant she offered different levels of intensity I'm not gonna lie some were killers but I enjoyed everyone. Jess is very knowledgeable, her classes are fun, shes encouraging and motivating. I would 100% recommend Jess

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend enough! Always enjoy a workout with Jess she’s informative, fun, knowledgeable and encouraging. Each session is different to the next so keeps you on your toes. I generally feel energised and fulfilled after a PT session with Jess

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love having Jess as my PT. She is friendly, funny, reliable and so encouraging. I’ve had an issue with an injury and she has worked really hard to find things that I can still do and keep me motivated. She always answers all my questions, no matter how daft they are, and she puts up with my stressing!! We always have a laugh in the sessions while also working hard. If you are looking for a PT then I 100% recommend Jess, she is amazing

Fantastic experience: I've had amazing results with Jess, she's really listened to the struggles I had adapting to life in the pandemic and helped me develop goals to keep me fit and healthy around work and life commitments. I've progressed through a couple of programmes and had a number of food plans with Jess and overall I've reached my target weight and am getting stronger month on month - I can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Jess for a few years - sadly with COVID it hasn’t been easy! She has been supportive throughout and keeping me motivated. I wouldn’t have another PT - Jess is stuck with me! Having a bad day, talk to Jess, she will get your mind set again. Her training plans are to suit YOU not everyone. She works you hard but with plenty of laughter and banter in between!
