Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

I have worked with Jason for over a year now, having joined the gym the previous year due to injury. Jason researched my injury and adjusted our sessions to focus on my weaknesses and build on my strengths. I've never had an easy sessions, yet we always manage to have a laugh! There's days I smash this program and other days I look and feel like I'm about to give up!! Jason provides great encouragement and support throughout the sessions. I've learnt so much and feel so much more confident for it. I literally did zero strength training before and didn't know how to even pick up half the equipment we use, But now I feel the benefits of what we've done and my training on a daily basis. learn more and grow stronger and faster. highly recommend Jason if you're wanting to see changes, feel better and learn lots. :D

Fantastic experience: I first heard about Jason when I saw the results my cousin was getting after getting PT from Jason. Having been to a number PT's in the past and going to the gym 4/5 times a week I was not getting the results I was hoping to achieve. We all know to lose weight you need to move more and eat less but easier said than done! I had 8 weeks until my holiday so thought I would go to Jason to help me get fit for my holiday. After 8 weeks of attending 1 session a week (70 miles round trip) along with nutritional guidance, achieving 10k steps a day and being accountable for my calories and macros I was able to lose lbs and inches! Not only do I feel fitter, less bloated with eating cleaner, feel stronger and I'm even able to deadlift more than my body weight. This result is only the beginning and only motivates me to get even fitter, leaner and stronger in the long term. I'll be back after my holidays to start my PT again - you will get results if you put in the hard work.

Fantastic experience: Jason is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. This new facility brings something different to the Perth gym scene - small classes, PT sessions and no mirrors!!! Fantastic place!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Jason for a 4 week block to build my motivation and confidence with strength training after having a baby. He kept the sessions friendly and relaxed while also challenging me to achieve way more than I thought i could. i would highly recommend him to anyone returning to exercise after a break as he provides great support and expertise.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Jason 8 weeks ago! I went along in two minds not knowing if I had the confidence to start PT sessions! After sitting down with Jason and him talking me through everything bit by bit I decided to take the step in starting PT! During the start of the year I really lost my confidence with my body and in myself and I was in a really low point in my life! Working with Jason has been the best decision I have ever made hands down! The amount of time, effort and support he puts in to each client is remarkable and he is honestly the most genuine loveliest human you will ever meet! I can proudly now say I have dropped a dress size, lost 5 inches around my waist and hips and I am such a happy place and have my confidence back, This is all down to Jason’s hard work and determination. So if anyone is looking to improve their lifestyle I can’t recommend Jason enough! Best decision you will ever make.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Jason in the summer to regain some motivation to get in better shape for my wedding. Our sessions are are always enjoyable and varied and he is very good at pushing your limits which I feel I have benefitted from as it has shown me what I can be capable of. Jason is always positive and cheerful and is keen to share his knowledge and answer all my many questions with regards to nutrition and fitness. I have enjoyed working on my strength and learning new exercises. I feel a huge improvement in my overall fitness level and he has helped me to embrace living a healthier lifestyle. I am very proud of all that I have achieved in such a short space of time working with him and look forward to continuing to smash my goals. Jason is friendly, fun, committed and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals whatever they may be, and I would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Jason is a brilliant personal trainer. I've worked with him for over a year. More recently we have done some online coaching through the lockdown and then some outdoor sessions once restrictions were lifted. Which has made me feel so much better, mentally as well as physically. Jason has helped me get my weight training confidence back. Through our sessions I have gained more strength and shed some of my lockdown weight gain. Especially when it has come to the nutrition side of my progress - he helps me stay accountable. Jason makes the sessions challenging, which helps me build on my weaknesses and improve upon my strengths. I'm really happy with my recent progress and I'm excited to see where my fitness journey can take me. He's very friendly, so drop him a message to see if he can help you with your goals too.
