KH Fitness, the brand new independent facility in South Derbyshire that strives to provide the highest quality in our wide range of services, including personal training, group training and athletic development.

Are you ready to push past your limits and learn what it takes to achieve your goals? If you are then KH Fitness is the right place for you. It doesn't matter if you're experienced or inexperienced, it's the effort you put in that counts. Here we ask you to leave all ego's at the door and walk in with a willingness to push yourself and have fun doing so with like minded people.

Training at our private facility gives you the environment to work with no distractions and educates you on how to train and fuel your body for your specific goal. We are committed and determined to help you gain the results you desire through effective training and teachings.

We understand that everyone is unique, with their own abilities and requirements and we take this on board when developing our training programmes which also include support with sleep and nutrition.

KH Fitness offers a variety of training programmes for any level of sport and athlete. We analyse and research everything there is to know about your sport including biomechanics, physiology and injury rates. Then we apply the correct tests and implement meaningful training methods to make you better, faster and stronger.

It doesn't matter what level you are at, all levels are welcome here at KH Fitness. To us it's your attitude that counts. When you walk in you'll be training along side like minded people in our fun, challenging and highly rewarding classes.

We will be that external motivational force that pushes you further than you ever thought you could go. On days where you don't feel as pumped it's important to have someone in your ear telling you 'you've got this' and this is us.

Those who have a plan and stick to that plan will reap the benefits. Having someone by your side in your fitness journey with the expertise will give you the greatest chances of success.

Fantastic experience: I joined KH Fitness in October last year and mix PT sessions with classes. This allows for some flexibility around work etc. the classes are always challenging, varied and most of all enjoyable. The PT sessions are tailored to my goals and Kieran has a good understanding of his subject and measures my progress regularly. Overall, I’ve been really impressed with KH Fitness and would recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you meet Kieran, you know that the service you will receive is professional. His approach to health and fitness encourages you to work to your best. Personal training and classes are both enjoyable yet challenging, the team work in the classes inspires you to go again and again. Before undertaking personal training, Kieran helps you to realise an achievable goal and sets realistic targets to achieve them. He is approachable and very knowledgable: he also takes part in some of the personal challenges such as half marathons and charity obstacle courses. People of all ages take part in his classes, all the workouts can be structured to cater for all abilities and every part of the circuits are explained both visually and verbally, ensuring everyone can safely take part. During the circuit Kieran constantly checks and helps everyone to carry out the exercises correctly. Professional sports people also receive training from Kieran- this shows you just how professional he is for such a young age. He has certainly studied well and used his skills to his best. He is constantly keeping up to date with his own study into health and fitness too. The cost of his classes and personal training are not out of everyone’s reach- you can’t put a price on your health. There’s free parking too- give Kieran a try, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with KH fitness for 2 years now and the experience is 2nd to none. All plans are personalised to suit needs and ability, with enough challenge to see improvements. For me, it’s the perfect balance. Kieran creates every session with enough variety in each one, so that training never feels stagnant. Using his experience and knowledge, Kieran ensures that I get the best out of each training session. He is always on hand to answer questions and offer support. It’s fair to say, being the only gym environment that I’ve never left after the 1st session, I would 100% recommend KH fitness for anyone, no matter your ability.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Excellent personal training sessions, Kieran really takes the time to get the best from you. If your form is incorrect, he either corrects or finds a better way for you to work through each exercise. I feel like I’m getting stronger every time I visit! :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Kieran for a month now and I have 4 PT sessions a week (glutton for punishment) each session as enjoyable as the next! Kieran is experienced, committed and knowledgeable in what he does! Kieran is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun) and is always there to push and motivate me when I think I can’t carry on! Most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I 100% recommend KH Fitness!

Fantastic experience: After years of neck and back problems and chiropractic treatment I decided to try strengthening my body. Starting from nothing was a bit daunting, but Kieran made me feel very comfortable and designed a suitable training plan around my own personal goals. I really enjoy my PT sessions and they really have helped to improve my back problems and I feel much better generally. Kieran is friendly, reliable and knowledgeable and will listen to you, I would definitely recommend, 5 stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Kieran now for over 6 months, we set some clear targets and I’ve progressed well along the way ... he makes each session different, engaging and fun. He also works around some of my ongoing injuries. Kieran also has a great Studio where the time is personal, 1 on 1 and he is good to talk to also. I would highly recommend him if you want to achieve your personal goals !

Fantastic experience: Always feel the effects following a KH Fitness class or session, which says it all!! Kieran runs a welcoming, supportive and challenging environment full of knowledge and expertise. I’ve been working on mainly strength training with Kieran since January and achieved some fantastic results. Highly recommend KH Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year after losing my mojo around gym visits. I decided to ditch the expensive gym membership and invest the money saved in a more direct manner by taking the plunge and trying 1-2-1 Personal training with Kieran. What a great decision that has turned out to be. Every session is different and with the right level of challenge leaving me looking forward to the next workout. Kieran is always happy to explain the theory and science behind the activities which I find really helpful. The facilities are fantastic and I would certainly recommend KH Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Kieran for a little over 7 months now and have noticed a difference in myself both physically and mentally. Kieran is thoroughly professional and with clear instruction challenges me to work towards specific goals, for me these are all centred around weight loss. Kieran has taught me how to exercise correctly whilst maximising my results, he has a good balance between motivation and support and pushes me to achieve optimal results. Kieran has altered my apprehensive and somewhat negative attitude about weightlifting and functional exercise. He understood my goals and initial reservations and with a clear, concise approach has given me the confidence I was lacking. Being invested in a clients progress necessitates a mixture of support, encouragement, education, motivation and inspiration, of which Kieran has all!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend KH Fitness for both PT sessions and group classes. I have been training here for around a year and have built so much confidence both physically and mentally through the training. Kieran is always so supportive and makes the training enjoyable for all abilities. I no longer go to another gym at all as KH Fitness is able to meet all my training needs in quick effective classes. Cannot recommend Kieran enough!

Fantastic experience: Been having pt sessions with Kieran for a few months now, i was very nervous at the start and it was such a struggle for me due to my own insecurities, but he has continued to make me feel so comfortable throughout my journey. He constantly puts in effort to make sure I’m moving towards achieving my goals, not just in sessions but in his own time too. He has helped me both physically and mentally realise I can achieve my goals and I honestly cant thank him enough!
