We offer a full range of kickboxing classes to suit all ages and abilities, these start from age 3 and are for everyone, whatever your reason to train.

Each of our classes is great for building confidence, co-ordination and fitness levels. As well as that we promote discipline and teach self-defence.

We all have to start somewhere so don't be afraid to come and give it a try. The first lesson is free so just pop along to whichever class you think would suit you best or give our 5th Dan Cheif Instructor Craig a call/text on 07970846393. Little warriors class is aimed at 8-12 years. This helps with fitness, gain confidence, improve co-ordination, discipline and help with their social skills.
