Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Steve enough, extremely informative and can accommodate to any needs you may have, making each session completely individualised to you. He’s a great laugh and makes you feel comfortable and motivated to push yourself and achieve your fitness goals. Being on hand in and out of the gym is also a great bonus and very reassuring! Thanks Steve

Fantastic experience: I would 100% Recommend Steve. My goal was to lose weight and improve my fitness. Steve gave me a meal plan, that could be adjusted to suite my lifestyle, he set out a fitness programme, and I have been meeting Steve outdoors for 40 min training sessions since January. I feel great and have lost over 12 kg between January to the start of April. Steve is a great motivator, and knows how to get the best out of you. Although during our sessions I have called him a few unsavoury names, the benefits of the training sessions far out way the physical Challenges Steve puts me through.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely fab personal trainer. Really engages you and makes sure you feel welcome and relaxed. Really takes an interest in your progress and makes you feel valued. Definately recommend especially for anyone self conscious about training.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Steve. Having never stepped foot in a gym I was very anxious about joining. Steve made me feel very at ease and is helping to improve my confidence as well as my physique and fitness. I'm so glad I joined and I'm so glad I decided to have the PT sessions. :)

I’m someone who has been on and off the gym for years without ever making any progress because I didn’t have any real knowledge or confidence but after 10 weeks of sessions I feel fitter, stronger and so much more confident going forwards and tackling the gym on my own. Fantastic experience: I’ve been having sessions with Steve now for around a year and I couldn’t imagine not having them! He’s very reasonably priced and really knows his stuff. Always accommodating to push you at what you’re good at and develop what you’re not so good at. He has been always a text away and this support has enabled me to lose 2st in weight and keep it off for a year. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: Both me and my sister have been having weekly PT Sessions with Steve for a month now. He is very supportive and helps you achieve your goals. Fab job we would both definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just started my second block of ten sessions with Steve. Moved my gym as I was in a rut and feel renewed again. Very personable man is Steve and knows his stuff, feel great after each and every session and noticed very quickly I was back to my best. Have no hesitation recommending this knowledgeable PT to all my friends.
Fantastic experience: absolutely love my boot camp experience Stephen really takes time to help you out with fitness and goals I had a back injury not so long ago and he showed me extra exercises I could do to strengthen it really recommend to anyone who wants to keep fit and have some fun it's down Shobnall Tues and Thurs 7 til 8 pm
