The cost is just £5.99 per week PER HOUSEHOLD for over 6 LIVE classes per week….. this will be a recurring payment BUT can be cancelled at anytime.
Each week I will offer a variety of LIVE classes (Timetable uploaded each week on a SUNDAY) and pre recorded content suitable for the whole family to do!! Once you make payment you will be sent a link to join the PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP where the FUN AND COMMUNITY CONNECTION HAPPENS!!
This Is Fortitude Fitness where I am currently teaching. It is a FANTASTIC NEW State of the art facility on POULTON INDUSTRIAL ESTATE on Beacon Road. Fantastic ACESS ALL AREAS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE. PAYGO is an option too- ALL classes £6.00
I am so pleased to be joining FORTITUDE FITNESS and the awesome Team at their amazing new venue in Poulton.The venue and gym is still a work in progress and what a great venue it is going to be WOW!…….. GOOD NEWS the fantastic GROUP FITNESS STUDIO is ready to ROCK!!
To allow the Fortitude brand to continue to grow and build on a reputation of the utmost quality, the Mike Moon Fitness brand was a perfect addition. As a new, stronger, bigger team we can continue to put our clients at the heart of what we do and continue to deliver our unparalleled service.
With the anticipation of our new fitness facility… it was a big step in the right direction to merge together so that we can continue to move forward and support all our fantastic clients to the best of our ability.
There are some big announcements on the way, as well as the having the wonderful WHF – Wendy Barratt newly on board with us which was announced only days ago!

Fantastic experience: Wendy ‘the saviour of lockdown’ Barratt is exceptional at the work that she does and it’s the fittest I’ve felt in a long time! She runs fantastically varied classes in the evening but they are also available later for those who are unable to make that time! Doing these online classes is so perfect for me and Wendy has also helped keep me sane in these crazy times! Thank you so much Wendy, you’re a true inspiration!
Fantastic experience: I am loving all of Wendy’s classes she has kindly been doing since we went into lockdown. She keeps us all up to date with what equipment we need. She puts a new timetable out every Sunday. All the classes are for all levels and Wendy amazes me with her energy in each class. If your looking for some fun classes that really work your whole body then get in touch with Wendy she is the one for the job. With years of dancing and fitness behind her experience is amazing.
