Small group training allows you to maximise the benefits and experience of 1-2-1 personal training whilst minimizing the overall cost. Small group training gives you the opportunity to train at a lower cost by combining your sessions with 1 or 2 friends or family members. Not only is this a great economical solution, but it can also be a valuable motivational incentive for you to kick-start your new fitness regime. It is not necessary to have the same goals as the others with whom you are training with, PT:U trainers are able to effectively train groups of varying levels of fitness and experience without compromising either client’s goals or objectives.

Training with others has been proven to assist in maintaining motivation towards exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle and is a fun way to combine seeing friends and family together with fitness. The more you enjoy your training experience, the more success you will achieve from it. So why not enjoy it with your friends.

We will design you an effective training program specific to what you wish to achieve and a unique nutrition plan based upon a nutrition diary we ask you to keep. We also offer regular contact via email, text, telephone or video call, and mentoring, motivation and support when you need it most.

She is a strong believer that exercise and nutrition should be combined to create the best results and allow clients to achieve their goals in a way that is sustainable and positive.

Grace’s focus on creating a positive relationship with both food and nutrition has allowed her to turn her life around, once trapped in the depths of a severe eating disorder, she now aims to help others maintain a healthy lifestyle. She believes exercise is a great tool but should be used in a positive and sustainable way.

Grace has a passion for fitness and hopes to help people improve both their physical and mental health. She can help clients gain confidence in themselves as they develop not only their strength physically but mentally as well.

Scott has been in the industry now for well over a decade. In that time, He has worked with thousands of individuals, helping them achieve their goals. Scott firmly believes that working towards a goal shouldn’t be complicated. The journey will require hard work, consistency and willpower but the journey should also be enjoyable.

In 2019 Scott won Best Personal Trainer of the year for Virgin Active, illustrating his abilities and knowledge in helping anyone achieve their health and fitness goals.

He has a passion for fitness and a strong desire in helping people physically and mentally. If he can help his clients gain confidence alongside changing physically, Scott knows he has done his job as a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Having trained on and off for years in various gyms I can confidently say that the results I've gained through working with Aaron at PT:U far surpass anything I've done before. As a facility it's excellently equipped, no elaborate and ultimately ineffective machinery just real, tried and tested methods of getting to exactly where you want to be with your physique. Aaron's guidance has been extremely attentive to my exact needs and his honest, no b.s approach is what lead me to dropping a stone and a half in body fat and increased strength on the big lifts. You won't find a better place to train.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. All the trainers there are so knowledgable and make the atmosphere so welcoming you instantly feel comfortable. They have all the equipment you could need and it’s all the highest quality. Started training with Aaron with the aim of improving rugby performance, all of my programmes have been tailored specifically to my needs and when my aim change, the programme changes and works perfectly. Can’t think of a better place to go.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic set of knowledgeable trainers and the best kit in the local area, including safety squat bars (essential for me given a shoulder injury), a prowler track and much more besides! Highly recommend to anyone thinking of incorporating personal training into their lives, good value for money to if you block book sessions in advance.

Fantastic experience: These guys kick started my path to complete physical transformation. Within weeks I was down 5kg and a couple of % body fat. Be ready for hard work. Follow their diet advice and commit yourself to do what they ask you in training, and you WILL get the results. I’m now 10kg lower and at 17.5% body fat. Aaron and the guys are right up there.

Fantastic experience: I did the 3 month nutrition plan with Aaron and I’ve managed to learn a lot.... it’s given me some great tools to keep it going. Aaron and the boys made me feel very welcome and their training facility is absolutely awesome.... definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at PT:U since 2014, and what ever my goal has been I have received expert guidance and specific training. From rugby specific training, olympic weight lifting, ultra running my sessions have been planned and tailored to those needs. I have also received great nutritional support and guidance for me to continue on my weight loss journey and body transformation. In parallel to this expert knowledge is the standard of equipment. From the competition standard of Eleiko olympic weightlifting weights and bars to the latest cardio equipment in the watt bike. If you want an inviting, welcoming environment to train and get great results PT:U is for you. The great community, friendly atmosphere can accommodate the needs of a first time gym goer to top sports athletes.

Fantastic experience: Aaron and the boys at PTU are all so friendly and welcoming - it's hard not to want to train here 24/7! They have the newest equipment, are up to date with all the latest health and fitness trends and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to exercise and nutrition. Aaron developed a plan that was 100% right for me and I really saw a huge different by following his guidance on nutrition and his workouts which always kept me on my toes and pushed me to my limits!
