Fantastic experience: My go to gym since June 2021! Been going here 5 days a week for over a year now! ( maybe skipped a few leg days) place is always clean, staff are super friendly & only gym I know that male it a 2nd home with food onsite & supplements on counter for purchase!

Fantastic experience: This is a large fitness centre with ample parking. They offer, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, CrossFit, Strong Person, Functional, Strength & Conditioning or Fitness Lifestyle, The staff are very polite and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I would say the best gym in Essex - great equipment, very clean and tidy. The staff & owners make you feel so welcome (like family) I would highly recommend this gym to anyone even those that don’t have the confidence or are beginners in the gym. These guys/girls will make you feel at home!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym yesterday after doing a weekend pass last week. I have been lifting weights for over 30 years. This is by far the best I’ve trained in. Great atmosphere, the superior equipment is overwhelming for choice. Staff are friendly, a great proper gym.

Fantastic experience: Just started here but this gym is a palace compared to my last one. Well equipped and plenty of variety.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly gym with excellent facilities for Bodybuilding or Strongman training. Plenty of plate loaded machines, lifting platforms, rigging, a strip for loaded carries and even a belt squat.

Fantastic experience: Desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, probably the best equipped gym in Rayleigh. Don’t tend to wait around for weights, lots of choice. Seams clean and tidy.
