Fantastic experience: Really great studio, the trainers are very friendly and make you feel at home straight away. They're great motivators and I would recommend this studio to anyone working in the area. The classes are really good as always, they're enjoyable and make you work very hard!
Fantastic experience: I saw an advertisement about this training option and I thought I’ll give it a try. (So convenient the studio is just right next to work) I can say from the first conversation they were listening and passing all the relevant information to your assigned trainer (not a personal, but that person will follow up on your progress). I was lucky with mine as he really care about my progress, but everyone else in the studio as well. It will be really challenging in the beginning but no pain no gain! I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you guys ????
Fantastic experience: Well rounded workout incorporating cardio and weights. Changing circuit means it’s always a new and exciting workout. They have friendly trainers who correct your form.
Fantastic experience: I fear every session but would never miss one. Genuinely the most difficult and most rewarded gym experience I have ever had. The staff are incredible, genuinely warm and friendly people who both encourage and let you work at your own pace. I can't speak highly enough of both them and the F45 process even though I leave every session a sweating, red faced mess.
Fantastic experience: I did my induction week with F45 and now on the 28day kick start plan. I absolutely enjoy the workout. The best part of the session are the trainers who keep pushing you through out but also help out with alternatives if the workout in question doesn’t work for you. It’s different workout daily so keeps me motivated
