incredible venue, coaches are amazing and other members are so friendly. I dropped my son off for the kids fitness class and he absolutely loved it. I will be visiting more....

Claudia & Ollie have create an amazing space with the best training and coaching environment. They are knowledgable, easy going and I would recommend the gym to anyone wanting to start or continue there crossfit journey.

Ollie and Claudia have created a great space to train and bring all the best bits of crossfit alive! If you're new to crossfit, returning after a break or a fully seasoned athlete CFV will cater for you and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. The community of crossfit is well and truly back in St Albans and I couldn't be happier.

I can’t recommend CFV enough. The team have gone above and beyond to help me during my injury. There is always a friendly face to greet you and the encouragement they give goes far beyond the glass walls. Speaking of this, the space is incredible. The gym is in an industrial sized greenhouse. It’s foundation is literally built on growing things! ???? It is easily accessible and there is lots of space to spread your CF wings in. If it’s your first time or you are a seasoned athlete, everyone is welcome which is why I love this place so much. Much love CFV ♥️
