Great gym, lots of equipment and has never been too busy to get onto what I need. Changing rooms a decent size too. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Got nearly all the facility's you could need including lots of lockers a shower and areas provided for cardio, weights and even free exercise like yoga or body weight training, but the best thing about this gym is it's 24 hour opening times which means any time you're wanting to exercise it's just a simple pin to enter the door and away you go.
