But in truth, you have to experience fit20 yourself to get the full picture. We offer free introductory sessions so it’s easy to give it a try. We tailor the free session to your specific needs and answer all your questions. Fantastic experience: Duncan and his team are excellent. They take time to really understand what you want to achieve, what's stopped you on your health journey before, etc. They then help you to train regularly and safely so you can see realistic results in reasonable time!

Fantastic experience: As someone that is not a gym bunny, and never has been, I felt slightly nervous about joining a traditional gym and being judged. I decided to do a bit of research on other types of gyms / fitness studios that would allow me to get fitter. I was intrigued and spoke to Duncan, and he offered a free session and show me around the studio. Duncan kindly showed me each piece of equipment and explained what they did and how they worked each muscle. The studio is air conditioned so no need to get changed into any type of gym clothing, just wear your work gear or casual clothing. You can generally train in the studio on your own (with an instructor) so for me there is no need to worry about what other people were thinking. I am really enjoying the experience and, whilst I have only been attending for around 14 weeks, I have found the instructors helpful and encouraging. I like to focus on the iPad and follow the timer, with the instructor then giving some feedback with stats after each workout. In around 15 weeks my core strength has increased by about 34%. I feel better in myself and it’s really helping my golf game. As a keen golfer I have never seen myself as a long driver of the ball, but with each workout my ball striking is getting better and longer. Where I would generally get onto a par 5 in 3 shots, I am now able to get on in 2 and my overall scores are improving. The longest drive I had previously hit was 302 yards (slightly downhill and downwind) and recently I managed 345 yards and 320 uphill. I am really excited about my fitness journey with Duncan and fit20, if you have always been put off about being judged in a gym or struggle for time try a free session and you might even be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: I started with Duncan at Fit20 after the first lockdown. I felt I needed something different to help me with my fitness journey. I went for a taster session and a chat about my current health and what my goals were. Duncan was amazing and was able to listen and understand my situation and come up with some ideas for what might be best for me at the time. I started training jointly with a friend so we could encourage each other. I have now been with Duncan at Fit20 for almost 2yrs (in September). And I am so happy. I am stronger and have less back issues than I used to. And although I am still battling health issues, the strength I have built up and meant that the impact has been less than what it would of been. After breaking my oot in November 2021, I was able to start walking on it, unaided and without a boot, within 4 weeks. This was largely part to the conditioning I had been doing previously in my muscles. Thank you so much Duncan.

Fantastic experience: Jeff is an amasing, kind and lovely person. Jeff spots all the positions that need rectifying. And he can do so online! I have had a bad injury on the knee: cruciate and lateral ligaments were broken and the meniscus was removed. The pain was worsening. Thanks to Jeff's efforts to help me do my exercises properly, the pain went !and I have progressed with my level of exercise. I just want to give a big thank you to Jeff!

Fantastic experience: I had my doubts at first, but I am now 100% certain that this is exactly what I needed. My body had given up after 3 babies and I struggled to run and jump. Now after a few months, I have more energy, I have core strength I didn't have before and I feel good.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym environment, safe and very friendly. The one to one and explanation of how well your doing is concise and helps to give you motivation. Lovely staff and I’m pleased with my progress. I’m female and 60 and need all the help I can get with the onslaught of age related problems, like arthritis and osteoporosis. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I suffer with back pain but enjoy fitness. However I needed to build up my strength to enable me enjoy fitness again. Fit20 offers a 1-1 service where your progress is monitored and you get immediate advise regarding the best way to work each exercise. After 6 months of attending weekly sessions I am 35% stronger, I have no back pain and off medication. I would highly recommend Fit20

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Fit20 enough. I joined Fit20 32 weeks ago walking with sticks due to a very progressive neurological condition which sadly has worsened and I now use a walking frame HOWEVER my muscle strength has increased by 99% from when I first started. I can now leg press 160kg from just 44kg! Imagine how I would be without Fit20!?! Jeff and Duncan are great, very supportive, motivational, approachable, encouraging and kind. Thank you Fit20!

Fantastic experience: So good! Great trainers who watch your position and ensure you train safely. Big big plus is my stronger and toned body! Feels like I've gone back to my 20s! Fantastic experience: When I went for my taster session back in August 2019 I was very sceptical thinking how can 20mins a week get me fit, well let me tell you it really can! Being a plus size female I was very conscious of my size but I've toned up & dropped 3 dress sizes and I've started to love myself again. My overall fitness has improved, from doing simple daily tasks like bending, lifting, walking up stairs and getting in & out of my car. My bad back has completely gone too...I no longer get out of bed or off the sofa bent over & in agony!! ( im only in my late 40s ) my stamina has also improved ten fold!! Duncan & his team are so friendly, 100% professional, non judgemental, and encourage you all the way through it. Its not like any other gym I've been to before their attention to detail while training, from your body position (so you don't get any injury or pain while doing it ) to your breathing technique is 2nd to none. Something you don't get from your instructor at a conventional gym who is only with you once while showing you how different stations work. Here they are with you every session! I really can't recommend fit20 enough its amazing for the health benefits!!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing Fit20 for a few weeks and still cant believe its only 20 mins and once a week... it easily fits within my schedule and convenient location is great. The Team are really lovely, Duncan was brilliant when explaining it to me and had me completely sold, as a women going into menapause, I think it might be my saviour! ;) The equipment all state of the art and spotless and love I leave without a drop a sweat- highly recommend, even if its just to try it out once...

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of gyms and prefer to walk & swim. However I met Duncan in lockdown on a networking call and was intrigued by his offer. 20 minutes a week is something I can fit into my schedule. Having read he’d a point in my life where I wanted to address my fitness I took the opportunity to have a free trial session and have been going ever since. I like their approach and after a few weeks am seeing the benefits. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I love fit20! It’s great because it really does only take 20 minutes a week, and you can fit it in around work, a trip to the supermarket, meeting a friend for coffee or anything else you’re getting up to. It really is that convenient as you don’t need to get changed into gym gear or have a shower afterwards. And you start seeing results very quickly - meaningful health and psychological benefits as well as the outward physical signs. It’s also helped me with pain management and recovery for a long-standing shoulder injury. The one to one coaching is brilliant and the personal trainers are professional and friendly. Highly recommended! Why not give it a go?

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fit20 for 10 weeks and can already feel and see a difference in my muscle tone. I have a lower back problem. I was unable to walk far without having to stop and test. I now can wall longer without having to stop. I never thought 20 mins in the gym would make a difference but it does. So pleased I joined up. Jeff is a brilliant personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: When i was first introduced to Fit20, i was extremely sceptical (being an avid gym goer) that a 20 minute session per week would improve anything at all. Only 15+ sessions later, I can confidently say that with Fit20; alongside my usual gym routine, has increased my strength and endurance in the gym quite significantly and the exercises at Fit20 are tougher than I expected! Both Duncan and Jeff are extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to be around, you couldn't ask for better personal trainers! Extremely happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Fit in 20 minutes per week? In my work clothes!? To be honest I was very sceptical! I thought it sounded a bit nonsense! Akin to a fad diet. Duncan is very knowledgeable about the science behind the Fit20 training, when he was explaining it to me in detail, it made sense, I was intrigued. I had a taster session there and then and decided straight away it was for me. What a great work out! I am someone who has been very fit and active through my teens and twenties but the more sedentary lifestyle of someone sat behind a desk most of the time coupled with general ageing means I have found it increasingly difficult to stay fit. I have been a member for nearly a year now and I have really missed the sessions when we have been in lockdown. I urge anyone who is interested and particularly anyone who is sceptical, to go along to Fit20 for a free taster session. It really is for anyone no matter age, gender, body type or fitness and Fit20 really does improve your health by adding strength to you life!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I experienced a taster session at fit20 Exeter. From the moment of arrival I could see that this was a professional outfit. I was allocated a personal trainer Jeff who was meticulous in explaining the system and how it was different from other fitness regimes. He also took all my details so that he was able to personalise my training programme. Although the thought of becoming fitter in only 20 minutes seems alien to us I was convinced that it would work. This came about by the detailed explanation given by Jeff. I tried out some of the apparatus under the guidance of Jeff which I enjoyed. I cannot recommend fit20 too highly both Duncan the owner and Jeff were very proficient, enthusiastic and positive. They give a very personalised service that is planned for you. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fit20 Exeter for some time and I can honestly say I look forward to my weekly session. I find having a standing weekly appointment and one on one training to be a great motivator. Duncan and his team are all very friendly and supportive. I have used conventional gyms with varying results. I have had real, tangible success with Fit20. I am stronger and I am really pleased as this will help keep my bones stronger as I get older. My figure has changed and I have a waist again! The location is ideal for me and there is never any problem with parking. It fits in easily with all the demands on my time as it really does only take 20 minutes a week. A real game changer!

Fantastic experience: I've been training once a week with fit20 for over two years now and have certainly noticed an improvement in my strength, overall fitness and general wellbeing. Amongst other benefits, my weekly workouts have helped me overcome back issues and strengthened my dodgy knee. I've never stuck at any kind of fitness routine as long as I have with this one, because you really can't justify not doing 20 minutes a week and when you've booked in with a personal trainer you make the effort to show up! I persuaded my husband to give it a go a year ago and he's a convert too. I have found Duncan and his whole team to be incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and supportive and the studio is always spotlessly clean. Even during the months of lockdown, we carried on our training by Zoom from home and that definitely maintained our strength and fitness (and helped keep our spirits up!) for when we able to return to the studio. I would not hesitate to recommend fit20 in Exeter.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Fit 20 to anyone of any age . I have been using it for quite a while now and was very sceptical as to how 20 mins a week could possibly be of any benefit but the results are amazing. Within a couple of sessions I felt fitter and healthier . I was able to go up stairs without having to hold on to a rail and my clothes started to fit me better. even my bingo wings were disappearing ,something I had never managed to achieve in a conventional Gym .Each exercise is tailored to suit each person and Duncan ,Jeff or Pete are right beside you helping and encouraging you the whole session. When lockdown happened I thought all the good work was going to go to waste but Jeff did a weekly zoom session with me to maintain my fitness level . Being in my mid 70's and having people telling me how fit and trim I look is a huge ego boost On a final note ,when I was recently caught in a hailstorm I was able to run about 70 meters to my house to take cover Something I thought would have been impossible at my age . Fantastic experience: I have been using Fit 20 for quite a while now and have found it to be amazing at getting rid of the old "bingo wings" I am no fitness fanatic believe me, I hate exercise so the fact I can get away with just 20 min a week is fantastic for me. The sessions are always one to one, and there are not walls of mirrors unlike a lot of gyms. Duncan, Jeff and Pete are all great instructors. They explain everything in a calm patient manner and guide you through the exercises with great precision to get the most out of the 20 min workout. The facilities here are state of the art, air conditioned and spotlessly clean. Free parking. Did I mention, there is coffee and food close by, so it fits nicely into my day to have lunch after, great location. See you soon Guys :)

Fantastic experience: After just 3 months, my core is stronger and I have much more energy. My body is also straighter and the saggy bits that arrived after child birth are starting to disappear bringing me back my pre-child definition I thought I would never see again. I also have bags more stamina when walking up steep hills or swimming with a child around my neck. I can highly recommend the professional and friendly chaps at Fit20.

Fantastic experience: I hate gyms and exercise!!!! So the idea of 20 minutes a week and no gym bunnies watching was a serious attraction. Duncan, Pete and Jeff are all great. So encouraging and positive but never pushy. They always have time for a chat. My strength has increased by 35% and I now have more flexibility in both knees that were replaced in the last couple of years. Also it’s very Covid safe. Social distancing, visors or masks and everything sanitised. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fit20 for a year and my overall strength has increased over 70%, Superwoman in her 60s or what? Duncan, Pete and latterly Jeff have been great motivators with a very good understanding of one’s capabilities. I walk regularly and I have noticed a marked improvement in my stamina and in daily life also. It is quite manageable to commit to 20 minutes a week for such a positive result. ‍♀️
