Simply Gym in Bedford is located in the Interchange Retail Park right next to Costa, Matalan and TK Maxx. If you are looking for a no-frills gym with stacks of equipment, functional and free weights area as well as studio classes at a low cost, then Simply Gym Bedford is for you!

No contract membership: We don’t want to tie you to a contract so we always offer no contract memberships if this is preferred.  If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to let us know.

The Simply Gym Bedford also features it’s very own Ladies Only area which can be accessed through the Ladies changing room. If you are not comfortable working out in a conventional gym, we have created the ladies only area so that you will feel confident during your workout. Also the gym is not visible to passersby and offers a safe and private space for women to train in.

Facilities: Based in the Interchange Retail Park Simply Gym Bedford offers a large gym, aerobics studios, a ladies only area and changing rooms with ample free parking. There is a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in the Bedford gym. I started my fitness journey almost 4 years ago and I wasn’t the person I am now. We all have our struggles but working out was the single greatest change in my life. There was a point where I was shy, lacked confidence in myself and struggled with my body image but through training I have been able to change my lifestyle completely to the point where I competed in a bikini competition.

Great place for work outs!! Covid secure, everyone gets a clean rag and a disinfectant bottle on entry to use before and after using machines, free weights, benches and all other equipment in the gym. Social distance is enforced by deactivating other machines to maintain the 2 meter distance as prescribed by the health expects. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Lots of free weights and machines, and variety of machines for a workout, you won’t need to weight for someone to finish their exercises to get your turn! There is no down time, effective!!! Great work out music you wont need your own music at all. The gym is also equipped with self service points to buy still water, health drinks as well energy drinks when you need a bit of energy to keep you going! Finally the gym is very clean neat and tidy. I absolutely loved it, recommend this to anyone looking for a gym.
