Fantastic experience: I don't particularly like exercise however the staff are really friendly,experts in this field and encourage you to continue. I find that they enjoy helping people meet their goals. AND the fact it's ladies only is fab. keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Suitable for Ages 12+. Women only gym. 3 inductions. Free Personal Training. Free and regular program assessments. Free and regular weight and body measurement checks. Good range of classes all included in price. Only 6 month contract.

Fantastic experience: Just joined but feel part of the family already great classes great staff if you do feel uncomfortable going to a mixed gym this place is perfect for you.
