I joined the DVCC about March 2014, about a year I have been going now. Since that time I have lost 30lbs of body fat; I’ve gone from 21.4% body fat to 7.2% body fat, and gained 4.5lbs of muscle.

I’ve really made some friends for life, and that support is so different to any other gym that I’ve been to. This really has been such a life changing experience for me.

The big box impersonal gyms leave you feeling awkward, and lacking motivation to lose weight and get fit.The DVCC is for men and women who want to lose weight, get fit but don't want to do it in a normal big box gym. We know it's important. We just don't know where to start.

4 months ago I decided to pop in for a chat after reading some of the Google reviews and was instantly struck by how friendly and approachable the staff are and what a great atmosphere the gym had. I'm not an exercise fan but after 2 weeks off for holiday I couldn't wait to get back! Everyone knows your name and there's a real sense of camaraderie (and fun) during the sessions. The guys are great at using social networking and responding quickly to emails to provide constant encouragement, support and advice which is fantastic for someone like me who is easily demotivated and loses focus. With their high intensity workouts and nutrition sessions I've lost weight, gained muscle and have heaps more energy. Can't recommend it enough :-)

I have been going to DVCC for the last 2 months and I have seen vast improvements in my energy levels and a change in the shape of my body. I can't praise the guys at DVCC enough, they keep an eye on you to make sure you are doing things correctly. Everybody from staff to clients are all very friendly. It's like one big family, we encourage each other. It's an amazing place and I urge you to go and have a free 'taster', you won't look back. DVCC is nothing like the chain of gyms, like LA etc., I'd been a member of LA Fitness for 14 years and haven't had the results I have in TWO months with DVCC. Go for it you know it makes sense.

The DVCC is the place to go to get results! I was a bit sceptical at first, I've been to gyms before and not really enjoyed them at all, and I never got the results I wanted. The DVCC is in its own right though - more of a training facility as opposed to a gym, a friendly atmosphere, it is quite a close-nit group and all the staff are friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable. In the 3 months I have been here I have lost a lot of body fat and gained muscle!, and have become so much healthier! Also, for someone with brittle asthma... I used to have to take my medicine before every session, now I'm much more healthier, I don't have to!!! I feel much more confident in myself now, much healthier, and now I have started I am not going to stop! I would highly recommend the DVCC to anyone :-)

It is almost a month since I decided to join the DVCC, one of the best decisions I ever made. Four weeks down the line, I am greeted by family and friends as a totally new person, and not because I have already managed to fit in trousers that, for more than two years, existed as the painful memory of a long lost better looking me. Indeed, when I discovered I had lost more than 3 Kgs in two weeks, I started looking at life through a new, excited and rejuvenated perspective. Which is exactly what you get from the DVCC: not just a new body, but a totally new , truly younger you. This is/was something very important for me, as I did not just need to lose weight and reshape, but needed also to rebuild confidence in myself, after having received some painfully serious psychological battering. As a 52 going on 53 years-old, who more than a quarter of a century ago used to be on stage and engage with the most physical of the performing arts -dance- I have always believed in the association/equation " healthy mind in a healthy body". Yet, I had lost any hope. Well, that is until I walked in the DVCCand was welcomed in the warmest, most reassuring way. All fears - I dreaded the idea of having to publicly show what a kind of a jellyfish the once fit dancer had become - melted in a few minutes. Which, in my view, is another of the many strengths of the DVCC, namely the way the superb guys I work with ( Johnny, Lewie, Luke) listen to you and manage to dispel all your blocks and concerns with a unique blend of serious expertise and truly enjoyable, friendly humour. I never felt as supported in my quest for achieving my physical - and mental - goals, as I do when I am there to work out or to be "measured" and "weighted". I can only be grateful to all of them and to Mark and Steve for having created something that truly works and makes you believe that, after all, there is really a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks a million guys!

I've spent a lot of time, energy, effort and money over the years signed up to various gyms and not getting the results I wanted. The key difference between DVCC and the commercial gyms I’d been to is the focus and attention to the client, both in terms of overall guidance and keeping everyone motivated. I'd started out for a few weeks as an experiment, but thoroughly enjoy it and can't ever see myself going back to a commercial gym.

The DVCC is without a doubt the best training facility i have ever been to, not only are all the instructors and team extremely knowledgable, supportive and approachable the rest of the clients and groups are so friendly it becomes a fun social experience. The workouts are always varied and the instructors consistently challenge our bodies and increase flexibility and strength, the advice regarding nutrition is personalised and i am learning about my habits and body each week, they care and it is always evident! Simply put - no one else would get me out of bed for a 6am bootcamp!

I have been going to the DVCC for almost 3 months and i have never looked back.. i was nervous at first but that soon went.... the guys are great and all members are so nice.....I have lost fat gained muscle and gained confidence since joining........ I have now been a member at DVCC for 8 weeks and have never enjoyed exercising as much in all of my life. The training sessions are always differant and the team of trainers are always very encouraging whilst ensuring you are challenging and pushing yourself to achieve new targets. In addition they have given me guidance and advice on the best nutrition plan suited to my personal needs. The members are also very friendly and encouraging all with the same end goal of improving health and fitness. I have never before been as motivated to achieve my weight loss and exercise as I have since I have been a part of the DVCC. I would recommend them to anyone, at least give it a try!!!

If you are like me and need motivation to go to the gym, then Double Vision Conditioning Centre is the gym for you. All the trainers and members are so friendly and supportive, sending regular emails, phone calls and updates on how to reach your goal. There is always someone there to help or to answer any questions you have or to give advice. At Double Vision Conditioning Centre you are not just a membership number, you are part of a huge team working towards reaching your goals.

This is the most effective way to get fit, lose weight and enjoy it at the same time. Goals are achievable and realistic but still challenging and the classes are enjoyable and varied. The atmosphere and environment is probably the best aspect of the DVCC. Everyone is friendly and it's somewhere you look forward to going. If you've seen the film Dodgeball, it's kinda like the gym Vince Vaughn runs where everyone knows each other and everyone's welcomed regardless of there background or physical ability. I would definitely form a Dodgeball team with these people if we had to enter a competition against some big main stream gym to win £20,000 to keep the gym open. And we'd win.

I'm not someone who easily gets motivated by exercise, so I knew when I started to look for a gym that I needed something different from the standard gym offering which I have tried and failed with in the past. Using a personal trainer didn't feel like the right solution either. And then I found DoubleVision which gives me the optimum solution, personal training in small groups as well as the Transformation Camps. The Gray twins and their team work really hard to keep me motivated and the sessions are hard but also good fun. The information on nutrition and diet is extremely good. These guys are passionate about what they do and it shows in the results that their members achieve, I've lost 21 lbs in 3 months and feel fitter, stronger and more positive and I look forward to going to the gym!

Absolutely amazing. After having a massive brain annarism and being very very disabled physically and to some degree that had an effect on my mental health. The team at DVCC are helping me to get well again. Long road but have hope that I will now be strong again within the next year or so. Thank you.

I have been going to the centre for nearly a month now , it is such a friendly place. No feeling out of place here, the trainer's are absolutely lovely and really listen to you about what your aims are and what your concerns are. Have seen results and progress already !!

New post lockdown review!! Sept 2020 Back into the fray from the open air car park sessions to socially distanced indoor sessions. Very impressive changes to keep us all safe and distanced, SOOOOOOOO much anti bac gel and spray, lots of changes to the sessions to get us all back up to speed after a weird year. Brilliant work DVCC. As always feeling supported and helped, and loving the friendly atmosphere. New review: May '17 Still going/still getting fitter-stronger. Get here more often these days and really notice the difference. Friendly, supportive, and such a great mixed crowd of people you can never feel you're in it on your own. Old review:I joined DVCC in April '13 - so pleased I did, even though walking through the door was a challenge! I feel so much stronger and fitter, and even though at the moment I can only make it a couple of times a week, I can really notice the difference. All the team are so encouraging and helpful. I would recommend anyone who wants to get fit to come on down!

Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Just started here and i have to say that i have felt so comfortable and happy with the staff and other clients. I have been coming here for 6 months, it's the longest I have ever attended a gym as I usually get bored. I feel good. Great staff and atmosphere. Everyone is looked after. Love it!

When I joined I lost 3 stone in 4 months - 18 months later I haven't regained the weight. This is down to excellent training and excellent nutritional guidance. The enjoyment, positivity and motivation I have when I work out alongside other members eminates from the exceptional trainers. If you're thinking about joining a gym give this one a try

Well Where do I start, I’ve been going to loads of gyms over the years but I wish I found DVCC earlier. So much time wasted in my normal gym, DVCC team teach, evaluate and give feedback on every session. In the past month I have seen more results in my fitness and strength than in the past six months. The professional team who take the sessions are motivating and totally committed to ensuring your session is 100% fulfilling. Thank you DVCC for your help in my journey

This is not your "normal" gym but somewhere you can train under the guidance of qualified instructors either 121 or in small groups. Wonderful members and great trainers and staff. Give it a go - you will love it.

I am doing 30 day trial till now I have very good experience. Trainers are very helpful gives you lot of motivation to achieve goal . This is the best way if you trying to loose weight and need extra help which you can’t get in regular gym.

Almost completed the 30 day transformation trial and feeling fantastic! The DVCC Bedford is a welcoming and friendly place to train and the expertise on offer means that I know I am training safely and effectively. I would certainly recommend the DVCC to anyone wanting to improve their health, fitness and sense of well-being.

Only two sessions in and I am hooked. A unique level of training with interesting exercises and variety shown with knowledgeable supervision; not posy or pretentious and therefore motivating in a way other fitness experiences lack. Would recommend anyone to use one of the 'trial' offers to see what all the fuss is about.

I have been going to the DVCC for a year, having started initially with a month's trial. I was sceptical at first as I had tried many different things in my efforts to improve my fitness and lifestyle, and none of them had ever led to any significant long term changes or results. I was also very unfit and a bit scared! At that stage I thought to myself that I was prepared to give anything a go for a month. I was initially attracted by the fact that the work outs seemed to be very efficient ~ my mindset was that, if I was going to have to exercise at all, at least let it be as effective as possible in as short a time as possible!! I am so glad now that I decided to give it a go (and in fact wish I had started sooner). Fast forward a year from that starting point, and I look forward every time to training at the DVCC. The trainers are exceptional - knowledgeable and genuinely supportive, they treat everyone as an individual and know how to get the best from us all. Sessions are often challenging but in a good way which makes real progress achievable. This place is not like a 'normal' gym and the encouragement and fun you get from the both the trainers and other members around you (added of course to those endorphins) makes exercise now a real pleasure. I would highly recommend the DVCC, at whatever stage of fitness you're at, however much you like or dislike the idea of going to a gym and whatever your goals or expectations.

I go to the 6am session 3 days a week. Even at that time of the morning staff get you motivated and ready to work out!

Having attended gym regularly for years, I "fell off the wagon" in 2015. Over the next two years, I watched my fitness steadily deteriorate - depressing! This was partly due to a lack of local gym facilities, but also the fear that I'd let it go so badly, I wouldn't be able to get back to the condition I was when I was training regularly. Fortunately, my wife saw an ad promoting the 30 day trial that DVCC offer and we decided we had to try it out. Well, it worked! Personal attention from a fantastic, knowledgeable and professional team of trainers, carefully targeted activity, together with an amazing motivational atmosphere, really got us both going again. This combination really pushed me, reminded me what I was capable of, showed me the results that were possible, and gave me the framework to re-establish my exercise routine. Unfortunately, my circumstances mean I have not been able to stay on at DVCC, but I can highly recommend their method. And to Ryan, Tim and the rest of the team at DVCC, Bedford, thank you all - you've been instrumental in getting me back onto that fitness wagon!

I've been coming to the DVCC for a few years. I've never been so consistent, so motivated or enjoyed exercise as much as I do now. I feel fitter, stronger and healthier than I did ten years ago. Why? The culture of the gym is supportive and inclusive. The trainers are exceptional. There is no judgement. No matter how fit (or otherwise) you are when you start, you are made to feel part of a team. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Have been a member at DVCC for 2 years now. Prior to that, had used several 'normal' gyms, and had tried running, swimming, various classes. I still go to some classes (notably pilates) and run a little, but joined the DVCC when I wanted to increase my strength as I got older and avoid endless cardio. I have achieved this with the help of fantastic, enthusiastic & knowledgeable trainers, as well as making some lovely new friends :-) It is expensive, and no-frills, but you will get constant support and max 1-4 trainer to client ratio on Semi Personal Training sessions; all exercises are under supervision (there's no hiding) and technique is always explained & corrected. It's all about progression and doing your personal best and it's definitely keeping me healthier & happier...

In my first session I found it tough. Week on week I have felt myself get fitter and stronger. The staff are so much more than your typical 'gym staff' they really want you to achieve your goals and have excellent tips on how to improve your exercises. They have personal experience of the program and understand the difficulties of changing your food habits which really helps them see things from your perspective. The other members are really open and friendly toward new comers, often giving them encouragement in the sessions. The only advice I would give is follow the plan exactly and you will see results!
