You don’t have to be super fit to join in as at Armed Forces Fitness we have a variety of groups to cater for all levels of personal fitness. You’ll soon start to see results and we promise that you will find yourself eagerly awaiting the next session!

Fantastic experience: Superb fitness sessions especially if you lack motivation as I sometimes do. Andy makes each session different, motivational and fun, and I'm amazed just how much better I look and feel. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get fit but can't be bothered to do anything about it, Andy will motivate you and get you back into positive ways quickly.

Fantastic experience: Really great bunch! Everyone's really friendly and they cater to everyone from the beginner red team right through to the crazy die-hards in the greens! Much more fun than the gym and definitely much more satisfying! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This is the best form of exercise I've found. I've been a member of a gym in the past but found I've got so much more out of AFF. My fitness has improved enormously and I'm now a lot leaner. To my mind the key parts are: - each session is led by an army qualified instructor. This means I get an excellent workout, a mixture of resistance (press ups, sits ups, squats, etc) as well as CV (short runs) - the instructor motivates you and guides you to ensure you perform the exercises correctly - no two sessions are the same - there's always something new - there are groups relevant to individual's fitness level (and therefore at the same time a goal of improved fitness to aim for) - the training is outside, which is so much better than in a gym (you don't even notice the rain!) - you are amongst others (there's not much fun in training on your own) Couldn't recommend this more

Fantastic experience: You might hate it but the chances are you'll love it and since the first session is free what have you got to lose?!! What you are guaranteed is a warm welcome from all our instructors and our members and a varied and fun hour of exercise. The first session is tough; that is certain but if you want to make progress towards your goals these sessions certainly make that achievable!
