It truly feels like a second home which is what all gyms should strive to become!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for almost 10 months and have had a good experience so far. I had apprehensions about gym hygiene, specifically due to Covid but I was reassured observing the efforts by the staff in maintaining a good level of hygiene, proactively and reactively. Reasonably good range of equipments that lets me bring variety into my workouts and friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: The Gym Group Harrow staff, notably Alisha and Ashley, always show exceptional professionalism, engagement and support. They provide great advice, information and the overall management is great. I would recommend The Gym Group Harrow to friends and family (who also joined pre-covid!) and the calibre of their PTs and management team is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: It's a great spacious gym with wide range of equipment and facilities. The workout classes are really nice as well but at times hard to get in as they get fully booked really quickly. 6-8pm it gets really busy yet they have enough training equipment so one always find what they want to do. . . 2 years later... its still the same.

Fantastic experience: Really amazing gym! Great range of machines and kits, friendly and helpful staff and personal trainers. I love the range of classes available, especially the HIIT and Legs, bums and tums classes. Clean environment and good prices for membership. The only thing I would like to point out is in the changing rooms there isn't much ventilation (no windows that can be opened) and by the AC in the women's changing room there looks like there is some damp. So if these can be reviewed that would be great! Overall I love spending time at this gym, and would recommend this gym to anyone looking to join

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. I like the fact that they have a back extension machine. It's always nice to see that there are some people dusting some of the equipment and keeping the gym clean. It's also good that they have some disinfectant solution and paper towels that I can use to wipe down the equipment. I hope they continue to have this even eventually when covid is gone.

Fantastic experience: Felt welcomed as soon as I walked and didn’t know how to use any of the equipment the lady was very helpful and showed me how to use some. It’s not too busy and most machines are free. You do have to bring your own padlock for the locker and instead of inserting a pound like other gyms

Fantastic experience: Quiet during the days. Rammed evenings. Edit* extra equipment added at fairly regular intervals, more floor mat space added and equipment and environment is quite well maintained. Better than any other gym I've been to and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Has own areas which are good. Staff are always busy or doing something like cleaning etc so that’s good. Also they help out and chat which is good too. Only think I would suggest as an improvement is to have a direct phone line there just to ask a question or so. (@goldlighthouse)

Fantastic experience: I am training in here with Alessio. What to say, he is amazing! I highly recommend him if you want to improve your life style. Passionated, friendly and highly qualified :) Definitely best PT ever! I am also pleased with the gym. it’s much cleaner than previous places where I have been training and clients are very polite and respectful. Could be a bit bigger as sometimes it gets very busy. But still, I am very happy :)

Fantastic experience: Very happy with 1/2 hour classes instead of long boring tiring 1 hour one's in other gyms. You get a fantastic work out and feel just right without getting exhausted.

Fantastic experience: It is one of the best gyms around. They have Matrix equipment, which is considered best in the industry and the good thing is that all equipment (cardio and strength) are in good shape and well maintained. Its a very spacious gym with two floors for cardio, a good spacious strength equipment area and separate sections.

Fantastic experience: Spacious enough to accommodate large crowed. Good collection of equipments. Parking is an issue.

Fantastic experience: This " The Gym" could easily be the best one around. It's simply huge. The gym is very well divided in different zones for Cardiovascular, resistance machines, matted area for classes, and then free weights. The locker room is big with ample space. There is shower area too. Staff is friendly. Vending Machines etc. are there. For what you pay, there is no other gym in Harrow like this.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this Gym since it opened in the summer. I have seen some bad reviews about this gym, buy don't agree with them. I have had no problem at this gym. I generally go in the evening around 8pm onwards or in the daytime around 10am. If I need any help with a piece of equipment the staff are there to help. When you are joining this sort of gym, be prepared for a no frills gym. The equipment is all state of the art and there is plenty of kit. If you are looking for gym with no extras then this is for you. If you need a luxury gym then please don't expect the world. You pay for what you get. You will need a padlock for the lockers which can be bought from the vending machine for about £4. Showers are fine and changing rooms are kept clean. I recommend this gym for someone who just wants a gym. There is no pool or sauna. You can use Google to check what times are busy and avoid if you need to work out when it's quiet. Remember, this is a communal gym, not some sort of private gym where you are are guaranteed to get the equipment when you want. If you go when it's busy then you will have to wait for some equipment. They also have free wifi for members so great if you want to stream from Spotify or Internet radio. I love this gym as I can just come and go as I please with my code to punch in and out. I get a breakdown of how many times I have been and emails to remind me to go. It's perfect for me. Also there is no parking near by unless you want to pay. As it is close to the station it is permit holders only and shopping centre parking which is about £1 per hour.

Fantastic experience: Brand new gym, good facilities and open 24hrs a day. Good membership prices.
