Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for about 9 months now and I'm impressed with the quality of the equipment, the Covid-19 measures of hygiene stations and the availability and willingness of staff members to help. Lamin, in particular, is always friendly and is a wonderful PT. Highly recommend if you want a trainer who is extremely knowledgeable, will push you, is kind and respectful of your physical limitations.

Fantastic experience: The right place to workout, the best personal trainer that you can find Giant space, high variety of machines and weights. The staff is friendly and welcoming. 5star in particular for Lamin, PT, very professional, friendly, always positive and smiling. Ask him for helpful tips, his knoledge is unlimited.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this gym in 2022 and was very impressed by the facilities and the staff. The gym manager Marcus is always on the gym floor helping, cleaning, advising members and motivating other staff members. He is a credit to this location and great brand ambassador of The Gym Group. Only downside is the music playlists could be better lol

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym with a 3 day pass while visiting the area. I have to say I was very impressed. The place is huge with practically every piece of equipment you could think of, including free weights, machines and cables. The bars are excellent quality, and there are 2 squat racks and 2 deadlft platforms with hard flooring. There are many, many adjustable benches which seemed to be adequate for the people there on a late weekday afternoon. The dumbbells went up to 50kg if I remember correctly. They weren't all left in the correct positions on the rack (something which could be improved) but there were duplicates at each weight so wasn't too bad finding the ones I wanted. Also, the air conditioning is excellent. I had no issues with overheating here. If you're more into cardio, I've never seen so much cardio equipment in one place. You'll be spoilt for choice. The only issue anyone could have is it becoming too busy at peak times but that's understandable as it's a great gym at a reasonable price point, so it's going to be popular. I'm not sure how they could fit more equipment in the place as it's already huge. Gets a thumbs up from me.

Fantastic experience: For a first timer like me, the facilities are great. The process to signup was easy too. I have also engaged a personal trainer for myself. Sunil has been extremely helpful since day 1. He understood my goals, has tailored my sessions to meet my requirements and keeps a close watch on the progress. It has been close to 17 sessions with him, and I have benefited greatly from him and the facilities at The Gym, North Harrow.

Fantastic experience: Great variety of equipment and not too busy in general (the free weights section can get busy at peak times). But it could be better if they had more of the popular equipment (eg bench press) as they are always in use and there are only 3.

Fantastic experience: I’m going to this gym for about one year. It is very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly, always welcoming you with a smiley face. However, I would mention SUNIL as a personal trainer, he definitely knows what he is doing and how to keep his clients motivated. The lessons I had with him changed my vision of training and food. He made me feel very confident, which I really needed. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know !!!

Fantastic experience: I'm a regular here and the classes are great. Although once you're intermediate and get used to the classes after 2-3 months you'd want to upgrade and do all the workout yourself and give others a chance too of you're serious about your fitness. Instructors here are all very knowledgeable and hands on and ready to help whenever you need them. A great place to workout.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area! It does get busy but there is a good mix of machines, equipment and free weights to work with. The trainers who work there are a large part of making fitness so accessible. I have been working with my trainer Ugne for almost a year. Her knowledge and positive attitude has been valuable in pushing me to make the most out of my workouts. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Classes are included in the price. Good gym equipment. Basic and clean showering and hygiene facilities. No sauna or steam rooms but that is not expected at the price of membership. Overall excellent value for money.

Fantastic experience: Great affordable 24 hr gym. Used to have very limited gym equipment when it first opened, but now it has a variety of equipment incl multiple squat racks/benches.

Fantastic experience: My gym cheap as chips £17-19 a month open 24/7 been here 2 years so if you don't go you are not wasting much money, basic as in cardio and weights well layed out nice showers even go cold for a second sometimes to let you know your alive nice touch As long as you don't want a pool steam coffee and a £40-60 price tag it's perfect.
