Studio 281 was established in 2017, prior to that Georgia was working within the Bedford community teaching classes out of village halls and in other areas.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely gym; I've come for PT sessions and loved the atmosphere. It's a small gym with lots of very friendly people, trainers and staff, mostly women; makes a big difference as so many gyms can be a little intimidating. It feels really welcoming, is clean, has all the equipment you need, nice showers/toilets and offers classes.
