The success of Core Fitness’s personal training services is built on a comprehensive roster of high-level fitness programs, with focuses ranging from strength building and intense cardiovascular conditioning to injury prevention.

Your personal consultation & discovery session is a great opportunity for you to visit the personal trainer in person and discuss your health and fitness goals and requirements. This will determine your unique personal nutrition exercise plan to get you started and will keep you well motivated during your weight loss journey. With determination and heart, there is nothing you can't do. If you have a goal, then today is your day to start fresh, to eat right, to train hard, to live healthy and to be proud.

Our goal is to increase your balance and flexibility, whittle your core into a six-pack, or lose some serious pounds, all you need is a bit of portable TRX equipment and your own body weight. (And you thought those extra pounds were good for nothing!) The most basic TRX kit is a cord with two handles and a pole, tree, or alternative anchor to wrap it around.

The aim of technical preparation is to create and improve sports skills. Each sports skill has a given way of solving a motor task (contents of a sports skill) in accordance with the rules of a given sport, biomechanical rules and locomotive possibilities of the athlete which are referred to as technique. Specific individual adjustment of technique by an athlete is referred to as style.

My mission as a personal trainer is to educate my clients about exercise, diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Create lifelong changes and help them stay motivated and feel proud of themselves for making the change.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, best choice I’ve made training with Nida. She is so friendly and motivating. Even when I’m having a bad day, I always come out of her workouts feeling happy and accomplished. She really cares, is fully committed and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend her to anyone! Doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at, she knows how to help.

Fantastic experience: Ive been training with Nida since January and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Nida is focussed on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and (somehow) fun! My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights. I actually look forward to my workouts! Importantly, Nida ensures my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and she is extremely reliable. I really love the gym set up she has at home, it is always clean and well kept. I can't recommend Nida enough for anyone looking to improve their fitness with such a dedicated trainer!!

Fantastic experience: Nida is amazing- best PT I've ever come across. Really motivates me to exercise. I've become fitter, more flexible and stronger. Nida is really organised, reliable, and motivating. Really recommend her! :) She has all the gym equipment in her studio, exercises are varied so its never a boring workout.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Nida for 5 months now - she is an excellent personal trainer. I had barely done any structured exercise my entire life, however I have now been able to make exercise into a habit with Nida's support. Her studio is very clean and has all the equipment you will need. She is great at keeping you motivated and encouraged. The sessions are also good value if you bulk buy. I can see and feel myself getting fitter and stronger working out with Nida!

Fantastic experience: shashim 07 May 2020. (Recent review from a client on Bark ) I have been training with nida for almost 6 months and have lost almost two stones. I feel stronger healthier and happier than I've ever been and really enjoy working out with nida. She is really encouraging and pushes u beyond what u believe is possible! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Nida for around 6 months now and have been consistently losing weight and feeling fitter ever since! She pushes you to your max potential in a fun and motivating spirit. She’s also very knowledgeable on the subject and educates you On how your body works and what foods are good and why and so Over time I’ve learnt how to eat cleaner and train better. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Nida since December so about 6 months now 3 times a week and she has completely transformed my life! I’ve never particularly enjoyed exercise, but with Nida I forget that I’m ‘working out’ and just enjoy pushing my body beyond what I ever believed it was capable of doing! Although I’ve always been slim she has helped to mould and sculpt my body into a much stronger, toned version and still drop a dress size! She tailors every workout to my individual needs and goals and provides so much advice about how to improve your overall lifestyle, from introducing vitamin supplements to helping to detoxify your mind and body. She single handedly facilitated pulling me out of the worst depression of my life through her ongoing support and encouragement inside and outside the workout sessions. Nida really cares about all of her clients and this really comes through in your sessions with her. I plan to train with her for the rest of my life if I can!

Positive experience: I started PT sessions with Nida earlier this year, having not exercised for over 10 years. My aim was overall to tone up and get fitter. Nida helped me to become interested in exercise again and in health and nutrition. I appreciated her challenging and motivating me in my PT sessions and her believe that I was capable of more than what I thought I could do. Making time to commit to PT sessions with Nida has been one of the best choices I have made to gettting fitter.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Nida enough for what she has done for me! I had a goal, get fit for my 30th! Before this lovely lady, I had never been able to stick to a workout for longer than a week! But 8 months later, a stone lighter, toned and much fitter, i reached my goal and more! This was all down to Nida’s motivation, education and pushing me out of my comfort zones. She’s an amazing trainer and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: Nida’s training sessions have been a great help towards getting me started on an active lifestyle and making real changes within myself. During the training with her I lost 13 kgs, something which I had thought impossible previously! Her sessions provide a versatile range of activities to tone up your entire body as well as help with any weight loss! I would definitely reccomend her if you are looking to lose weight or get fit but are not sure of how to achieve that goal! Her help and guidance have reassured me that my body is not set in stone and that it is possible to not only change how I looked but my lifestyle as well!

Fantastic experience: My partner & I started training with Nida in mid July attending 30 mins HIIT sessions. Our lifestyle has become much more active with much healthier meal plans which are tasty and flavoursome! By stating our goals, Nida has helped us achieve these within a short space of time, losing kilos and toning muscle. Our strength and stamina has really improved and we look forward to going to the sessions, which are all unique to each other. If you stick to it, you will definitely see results!
