Fantastic experience: Great gym, classes and swimming facilities. Done quite abit of refurb over past few years to make tidier and also v good value for money.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, just under £30 p/m for membership and plenty of good equipment. One of the best things about it is that it's open until 10pm during the week which means even if I get home a little late from work I always have time for a good workout! The staff are all friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: Came here as a kid and a young adult. Returned for the first time in decades a few weeks ago and it is even better than I remember. So great to have a local authority that invests in amenities like this for their residents. Well done Hillingdon. What a contrast with my borough, Ealing, deliberately allowing the Gurnell Leisure Centre to dilapidate so they can justify its demolition and sale to their property developer mates

Fantastic experience: Very good place to have a couple of hours on a week end. Beautiful swimming pool both shallow and 3.5m deep. It has diving board but I don’t know what days it open. It has well maintained and clean shower and changing area. The sauna and steam room is beautiful and relaxing. Love to go with family on weekend to unwind. 5 star

Fantastic experience: I love how deep the deep end is. The pool is 35m long which is a good length. Doesn't seem to have changed much in my 28 years of life, but why change perfection. There are individual showers.

Fantastic experience: A lovely big pool allowing for everyone to swim without bumping into one another. The free sessions have 3 lanes set out also for slow, medium and fast swimmers. The deep end is approx 12 feet so great for those who fancy diving in!

Fantastic experience: Staff friendly, the changing rooms are need an update but i wouldn’t call them dirty. I only go there for a swim and it is maintained at a very high standard. The pool was clean & a good temperature. For £4 a swim, it’s fairly well priced considering some private places have quoted £10-15 a swim.

Fantastic experience: I have joined many high end and expensive City gyms throughout the years, but have always felt that this is by far one of the nicest and worth the membership fee. Lovely swimming pool, so much space, clean and the gym equipment is well maintained. I have now left the area but still pop in for a dip in the pool when visiting my parents.

Positive experience: I aim to swim at Highgrove twice weekly. The booking process is slick (although you can only book 1 week in advance) and I seldom struggle to find a lane. When swimming the lanes are not over full and average 3 to 4 swimmers per lane. Which is acceptable but not brilliant when trying to train.

Fantastic experience: I'm enjoying my gym membership, it's 100% worth the price! The pool is a decent size with hygienic changing rooms. They offer classes and lessons that are suitable for all shapes, sizes and abilities Brilliant, would recommend to all my friends. The gym is split into adult and teens. There is a range of different equipment and objects to get you fit and healthy. The opening times are very long so you can fit in alot of working out or swimming time. This is an amazing gym and leisure centre and I will continue to go.

Fantastic experience: Large pool and fitness area. I mainly use the free weights area, lots of hammer strength machines, one squat rack, two bench press, one incline press, one seated press and plenty of dumbbells. I would say the area could be bigger but not bad for local gym. Free parking for members a plus.

Fantastic experience: Mixed age group and not full of posers. Good value for money once you've joined. I use both the gym and the pool and all clean. Some minor work like repairs needed. Still no problem and would not go elsewhere.
