Positive experience: A variety of work out areas. Good parking. Could do with some replacement/additional attachments (ankle straps/ropes/bars for cable weights). I would prefer the individual changing cubicles to be facing/closer to the showers for a bit more privacy, instead of having to walk across an entire room full of people and back to shower.

Fantastic experience: A well equipped and very friendly gym where you can get a great workout. There are a large selection of classes and highly trained PT who can help you. There is an excellent cafe that serves tasty food, drinks and protein shakes. Best gym in town by far.
